Law of Attraction -- Critical Medical Problems

I take this time to relax and accept God's presence ...

For Child and Parent to relax into the Love of God and its unlimited power and presence to transcend all apparent limitations caused by critical medical problems; and to know that whatever the outcome, it is for the highest good of all concerned.

As I contemplate the conditions I see in my life, I feel sad. I breathe deeply and close my eyes and go into this feeling. I think of parent and of Child and of Grandchild. Three generations sharing time and place; then there is movement and change. I breathe deeply and close my eyes and ask for understanding of what it is I am experiencing.

God is all there is ... in the beginning ... now ... and forever. One constant wholeness moving out from the beginning of time as the Universe. I ride this wave of evolution as does everything and everyone else in the Universe. I see God's creativity in the world around me; I see God in flowers, trees, sky and people. I feel God's creativity in me and all the molecules and atoms that make up this body. I move with God through time and space and even in thought and imagination in a beautiful dance that creates my life and moves my dreams and aspirations from thought to experience.

God is all there is and I am one with God. I am one self-reflective point of God's activity in the universe. My thoughts, words and actions use God's universal laws to create my experience of life now. So I choose my words carefully right now to bring into experience what is for my highest good and the highest good of my family and community.

My Parent is a divine child of the Universe and is blessed with the love of family and friends. My Parent is one with God as they move through these physical challenges. The outcome of these challenges are in God's hands which includes health care professionals', family members' and Parent's own hands.

The healing power of the divine works in strange and mysterious ways and I open myself to receive and to transmit this power in every way I can. I am open to follow inspiration and inner guidance in thought, word and deed. I use these insights in talking with the health care professionals and family members. With God as my guide, I face this challenge, and all challenges, with confidence, courage and a positive attitude. I know life is good, beyond any appearances to the contrary.

I am grateful for this affirmation of the power of God in my life and my family's life now. Thank you God for being with us now and always. I take this time to relax and accept your presence in my life.

I rest and let it be as I release these words into your presence and law knowing that only good comes from them. And so it is.

Law of Attraction -- No Post Surgery Complications

I am so full of God!... I Love it!...

For You as you recover from surgery to know the presence of God in all involved and to experience a perfectly healing body with no complications.

Relaxing into this moment, I sit and breathe... I breathe easily and fully... I relax each part of my body... Wherever I feel tension I let go... I breathe easily and fully... I watch my thoughts as they flow by... I just let them go... I breathe easily and fully... I relax into this moment... this moment that is filled with the presence of God, the Creator...

God the Creator of this universe; God the Creative Intelligence coming to life in all existence; God the ineffable presence in, of and around each and every part of all creation; God the life force animating each of us as we grow through life; God, in truth, is all there is!

Accepting my oneness with God, I breathe deep and relax... I sense the presence of God within me now and know this power within myself is right now working with me and through me to create my life just the way I want it; so, I choose to speak my word as cocreator of my experience of this uninverse, this world, this life, to call forth the highest good for myself and those around me.

I feel the healing power of God in my hand right now; I accept this activity and the relief it brings me; I relax into this healing process knowing the Creative Intelligence knows just what to do; I am able to relax because the healing professionals caring for me have this same relationship with God within them and the Creative Intelligence guides them in their actions regarding my care and healing. I relax and let my intuition be my guide when in conversation with myself and with others. My intuition is my connection to the Creator of the universe within me. I relax and listen whenever I feel the need and I am answered. I follow this guidance easily and naturally and I am rewarded with positive results.

I am so grateful for the power and presence I feel in myself right now. I am grateful for the connection that is always present when I take the time to look within, to listen within, to relax within my very self. I am so full of God! ... I Love it! Thank you for guiding, sustaining and nurturing me through this time.

And so, on this happy, buoyant note I consciously choose to release this word into the Law that always says Yes! In faith believing I say Yes!, too, and just let it be so, and so it is!

Law of Attraction -- Release from Turmoil

Love, light and creativity are my tools ...

For You to breathe deeply and relax into the arms of the creator and accept the perfection that is the core of your being now and always and to know that this perfection is the foundation of each of your would be accusers, because we are one in Spirit. The universal principles of divine right order, balance, and freedom combine to give You clarity, right decisions and release from turmoil.

The wind whips the redbud tree and as it bends and sways in the sunshine outside my window I think about the natural conflicts that arise in the world. I think of all the elements that are constantly moving and changing and how they coexist in a delicate balance in this wonderful world. Many images come to mind, including the game rock, paper, scissors, that illustrate the delicate balance that is our natural world. I marvel at this cacophony and then let it go and turn my attention to the conflicts that humans create out of their minds as I consider this problem you present.

I know there is one power, one presence, equally available in all creation. I relax into this presence ... I breathe deeply ... I breathe regularly ... I relax into knowing ... I relax into feeling ... I relax into being ... I relax into oneness ... I consciously merge and am one with the creation of the universe ... I turn my attention to my heart, my center, which is one with the center of the universe and am aware of the universal intelligence creating all there is: One perfect expression filling all the universe with light, love and beauty.

As I look outside of me and look inside of me I see this perfection manifested. Yes, this is good! I relax into the nurturing, supportive arms of love, light and creativity and am uplifted by the creator's embrace. The thoughts and feelings of hurt, confusion and fear that led me to this place show themselves and I release each and every negative idea, feeling, notion to the flow of light, love and creativity that empowers me now.

I confidently and easily speak my word claiming my highest good. I experience calmness, right decision making, clear thinking, and a complete release of this turmoil with the bureaucracy I work within. I send them love and forgiveness and also forgive myself. I easily and gently release any problems I have with authority and only accept positive self talk. I affirm: I am growing into my potential by facing and moving through apparent obstacles in my path with love, light and creativity as my tools. My world is peaceful, harmonious and righteous. I am naturally and easily guided by the creator into right decisions and right actions to further my expression of my highest purpose and greatest gifts in the world. I am amply and abundantly rewarded and supported for being just who I really am.

I am grateful, oh so grateful, for the creator's embrace. I am uplifted, empowered and humbled as I express my gratitude for the power and potential I feel in me now. Thank you creator for being with me as I relax and let go, accepting your guidance into my life now and always. I know you are as close as my breath and always, always, supportive. Law of Attraction -- Depression to Love in Life

I Love and I am Loved ...

To help You move through depression to a renewed connection with abundance, self-worth, friends, clarity, universal spirit and love in life.

I know there is one life, one ever-present, one all-knowing, one all- powerful intelligence that is the source of all that exists. I know It as the source of me and all I see, think, hear, touch or dream; It is the source of all I perceive and all that perceives me. Beyond all appearances to the contrary It is good. Abundance, joy, peace, power and beauty flow from the source equally available to all. I know this is true right now and claim this experience here and now. Now I speak my word clearly with power bringing more of the Truth into experience.

I feel the heaviness of life as I sit and think. In this heaviness I feel weight. In this weight I know the pressure of the universe upon me. I feel held down by this pressure and weight. I know I contribute to the weight of the universe, because I am one with it. As I go within and dwell on this oneness I relax ... I wait ... I listen ... I look ... I hear ... I see ... I feel reassured. I am not alone. I am connected to everything there is ... I am connected to the universe! I am one with the source. I am a creative center in the whole of existence. I am in control of what I feel and experience from the inside out. There is harmony in this realization. I sense movement of the many as truly being the One. I am moved as I realize I am one with the One and so is everybody and everything else!

I rise lighter and freer as I move forward to discover my true role in this universal harmony. As I follow my natural path and give my natural gifts my natural way opens before me and the abundance of the universe naturally flows to me and through me. I feel my energy as vital to the movement of the One. I am nurtured and fed as I share with those close to me in this wonderful dance of the One we call life on Earth. As I reflect on this process I find insights into my role in life and find this to be mysterious, beautiful, challenging ... my faith in the universal spirit is renewed -- I am one with Love and Life.

I naturally attract people and circumstances into my life that support me on my path. I love and am loved ... my life is full of friendship and respect. I am one with myself and I am one with all around me.

Thank you mother/father of all existence for creating me and being here with me and opening me to know, feel and experience Oneness as my life now. I humbly accept this gift as I release these words to your loving embrace with a hallelujah! So it is and so I let it be!

Law of Attraction -- Loss of Long Relationship

I am growing and evolving so I just keep moving ...

For You to feel supported in your grief with loss of a long term relationship and strength to move onward.

Here I sit in the quiet time... I hear the sounds of life around me but withdraw my attention to the quiet time within. Breathing easily and gently I relax into my thoughts... I watch them, but don’t hold on to any of them... I continue relaxing, allowing my attention to go deeper than my thoughts... I direct my attention to my heart, to my center where I am one with the Creator. Here I am free to ask my questions and expect a true answer... Here, within my very self where I meet the Creator of all that exists.

The Creator, God, the Thing Itself, Life, Nature, Buddha, Yahweh, Allah... Many names for one power and presence that fills the universe with itself from beginning to end. In truth there is no place this power and presence is not fully and totally involved in creation, change, evolution. All existence is aspects of this power and presence, so I relax into this truth and feel power and presence within myself.

I am one with the Creator, I know this, I feel this, I understand this in this moment, so I consciously choose to use my cocreative power in harmony and alignment with the Creator now. Breathing easily and fully, relaxing my body, I speak my word easily and naturally, fully and completely, for the highest good of all and with harm to none, from my heart, from my center.

I leave room for grief to express itself in whatever way it comes forward as I move through the process; I know I am growing and evolving so I just keep moving forward. As the memories of what was come to me I bless them and let them go; the goodness they are in my life is always a blessing, nothing can take that blessing away from me. And in the next breath, I find myself moving on expecting and accepting even greater blessings in ways looked for and ways unexpected. I am open to the gifts of the Creator in my life now and always. I affirm that I am supported, guided, nurtured and loved by the Creator within and I return to this sanctuary within whenever I need a solid reconnection with this power and presence. I feel the strength of the Creator within me, as me, now. I call on this strength whenever I need it and it is here, right here where I am.

Thank you Creator of the universe for revealing your power and presence within me; I am pleased to partner with you in calling forth my perfect life in consciousness and experience. My love and gratitude are overflowing and touching those around me with your power and presence.

With a big breath I release this word into Law that always says yes to the seeds planted within it. And so I now relax and let it be so and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Safety and Well Being for Soldiers

I rest easy knowing all that happens is God's plan ...

For Parents to have peace of mind and hold the "high watch" for their Soldier Children's safety wherever they serve in harm's way.

Sitting with thoughts flowing through my head knowing this Child is in harm's way, I consciously watch them and let them flow on their way as I turn my attention to God within... Breathing in... Breathing out... I slowly pull my attention to my heart... I slowly pull my attention to my center where I feel the love that fills me always...

One God, One Creator, One Love, One Divine Intelligence creating all there is right here and now in this moment -- no past, no future, just this sacred moment. One Breath moving through all creation bringing life, consciousness, vitality to all there is because God is all there is in truth.

I relax into this truth acknowledging and accepting that I am one with God; the Creative Intelligence from which the universe flows is right here in me and I am using it now to cocreate my life. It is from this place of communion with the divine that I hold this Soldier in mind, in the oneness that is God expressing in many forms.

I bless this Soldier and his comrades and see them held safe and secure by the Love of God as they pursue their duties and live their lives in Iraq for this period of time. I hold the high watch with them in mind knowing they are sacred aspects of the divine and an important part of their family. I bring them all into this blessed moment affirming with each of them the high regard they have for each other and affirm with them in mind many blessings to bring each home safe and secure at the end of this tour of duty. I look deep within my self and feel my connection with God and know that this Soldier, this Child, has this same connection with God. I affirm the ability to listen to God within and be guided, nurtured and sustained as each Soldier goes about their life.

Feeling the power of God within me and within this Soldier, this Child, brings me great peace of mind. I am confident that this is a powerful and important time in this life and I see everyone getting an important education from it. I rest easy knowing all that happens is God's plan working for the highest good of all and the harm of none.

I am grateful for this time of communion with the divine and gratefully relax into God within.

With a sigh of relief I release this word into creative law knowing, accepting, believing that it is done now. And so I let it be and so it is.

I am one with the creative Intelligence of the universe ...

For You to know the healing Truth for yourself and another person: God is always present right here, right now and this Presence makes available to you, and those you pray for, exactly what is necessary to handle every situation.

Into the Mind of God I go, willingly and easily, as I close my eyes, breathe deep and sigh ... I immerse myself in this idea of God ... I immerse myself in this ideal of God ... I immerse myself in the Presence that is life evolving, changing, being ... I immerse myself in the Intelligence that enables grass seed to make grass, cherry stones to make cherries, and me to make me ...

Yes, I am one with the creative Intelligence of the universe and I am conscious of this Truth in this moment. As I look within and feel my chest rise and fall with my breath ... as I feel my heart beat ... as I feel the blood moving through my arteries and veins ... I know there is an intelligence greater than my conscious self working in me right now. I open myself to unity and harmony with this Presence, with this Power, with this natural Perfection at work in me, as me, now.

In alignment with God, I now speak my word, knowing it has creative and causative effect in the world. I claim for myself peace and poise as I go through the process of healing my body. For my friend, I affirm oneness with God and openness to receive support from within for healing and happiness. I see anger, sorrow and fear easily and naturally transformed to clarity, peace and action as my friend accepts their divine, individual self. I see them experiencing unity in diversity, thereby expanding their expression of love, compassion and understanding in the family and in the world.

Law of Attraction -- Biopsy Brings Boundless Love

I am so grateful for being conscious of Spirit ...

For You to know divine perfection beyond all apparent conditions and to relax with your family into Spirit's boundless Love as you go in for a biopsy.

Into the misty morning I look, not knowing what this day will bring ... into the misty morning I look, breathe deeply, and relax ... with the soft vibrations of the kitty's purring filling my lap I look out on this misty morning and feel warm and secure.

There is one power, one presence everywhere equally present in this universe; it is the creator and the created; it is the inspiration and the expression; it is the thought and the word; it is the request and the answer; it is you and it is me ... we are one in Mind, Body and Spirit with the one creative power of the universe. It can be no other way in Truth.

So, I take Your request into my heart now and in the oneness of Life express Spirit's inspiration as these words. I know and affirm in this moment the creative, healing power of these words; I affirm their ability to bring light to the darkness, replace fear with peace, and doubt with faith. I know these words are with each healing professional you work with and with each member of your family bringing comfort, inspiration, knowledge and right action in each and every situation. We are one in Mind, one in Life, one in Health.

Relax into this moment with a sigh ... allow this sigh and the next one to take away all the tension in your body ... breathing easily and naturally, visualize the qualities of Spirit entering your body with each in breath and all that is harmful and destructive leaving your body with each exhalation ... Love in / anger out ... Clarity in / confusion out ... Peace in / anxiety out ... Joy in / resentment out ... Forgiveness in / guilt out ... Beauty in / shame out ... Moving forward in my life, now with balance and equanimity, I am so grateful for being conscious of Spirit in my life. Law of Attraction -- Abundance, Guidance, Care of Mother

I am guided to my highest purpose, expression and goodness ...

For You to relax into the principles of Spirit and open to the natural flow of abundance and guidance that is always with you, and to know that your Mother is cared for and nurtured by the one Spirit that is enlivened in her even more vividly with your kind, compassionate, loving thoughts.

Now I sit and breathe deeply ... and let it go ... I do this until my mind is focused and my awareness is one with my breath. With each breath I let go of whatever is in my mind, gently returning my awareness to my breath ... again ... and again ...

Peaceful, clear thoughts fill my mind ... there is one Spirit, one Presence, one Power immanent in all things. In the earth below and the sky above ... In the grass, flowers, trees and birds ... In the wind, the chimes, the music ... Yes, there is a loving, compassionate, peaceful presence in and around all things now and always.

I feel, hear, see this presence in me and all around me. I relax into this peacefulness and consciously choose to speak my word as an inspired outpouring of Love from this presence. I know this inspiration is causative and creative in its expression and affirm that it brings only good into my life and my loved one's lives.

I consciously turn my legal problems over to Spirit. I know I am guided by Spirit to make the right decisions and choices in this matter. I know Spirit is operative and active in each of the participants in this matter and trust Spirit to manifest justice and fairness for all.

I accept the flow of abundance and support into my life as naturally and easily as I accept the circulation of air through my body. I know and I affirm that I am supported financially, materially and spiritually through my efforts in the world.

I know I am a Spiritual Being having a human experience and relax into this truth. I open myself up to the energy flowing from the source of all that exists and align myself with its evolutionary unfoldment. I know I am guided to my highest purpose, expression and goodness through this alignment.

As I think of my Mother and relax and smile I remember her warm nurturing embrace. Even from a distance I know this memory is true and can feel it now. I return this feeling to my Mother to embrace and nurture and support her in this time of loneliness and change. I see her as a bright, happy person finding her wholeness and self-sufficiency right where she is now. In truth there is no time or space, we are one now and forever.

As I think on the power and import of these words, I accept them as true and manifest now. I am so grateful for the conscious presence of Spirit in my life, I release these words into the Law knowing that all is well as I move forward in my life. Thank you Spirit in me and in all that exists for your patience, your power, your inspiration. I relax and let Life be.

Law of Attraction -- Only Good Manifests in My Life

"Yes, I am Love expressing!"

To merge with the oneness of Spirit in full faith and trust that only good manifests in my Life.

As I sit and relax and take a deep breath I feel my body settle into the chair; I feel my feet lightly on the floor as I merge with this earth that is spinning through space at a dizzying speed. I breathe again and again, deeply and fully and merge totally with earth; I am grounded; I am one with all that is around me.

In this moment I let go and feel my oneness with the creator of all there is; I am one with the source. I know there can be nothing outside this oneness, for this universe has a beginning and everything there is comes from this beginning and flows on into eternity. I breathe and rest for a moment with this knowledge and feel myself floating in this creative evolution. I am one with Spirit for Spirit is all there is in truth.

Breathing deeply I relax and let go again, affirming my oneness with all there is. In this moment I feel myself align with the forces of evolution and know I am in Spirit's loving hand, supported, nurtured, guided. I let go and give in to the overwhelming sense of Love that flows from my heart as Spirit. I know all around me are included in this flow of Love and that Truth flows freely between us. In this moment I am quiet and listen and feel Spirit's gentle guidance directing me toward my greatest good and highest expression of truth. I let go and let Spirit guide me through each and every situation I face. I feel good; I feel relaxed; I feel inspired; I am in the flow of Love and here I stay.

I am filled with gratitude as I accept this heightened consciousness of truth into my very being. Thank you Spirit for being with me, guiding me, affirming the goodness of life with me. I humbly let go saying, "Yes, I am Love expressing! My life is good, truly good, through and through."

Releasing these words now to the flow of creation I am ever one with, I know in faith believing that they are true and manifest even as they are spoken. And so I let it be; and so it is.

I surround you with Spirit's unconditional Love ...

For You to hold an individual in mind as whole, perfect and complete thereby helping them move naturally and easily into the fullness of that truth, one step at a time, as they overcome the negative effects of alcohol.

Releasing all attachments, I open my self to the ever present Spirit of Life. I breathe deeply ... and let it go ... again ... and yet again ... As it is in this moment, so it is always ... Breath ... Life ... Spirit ... Body ...

As I live and breathe I am one with the ever present Spirit of Life ... I am one with the Intelligence creating the universe ... I am one with the source of all existence ... It can be no other way, for in truth all creation is one dynamic whole ... There is no spot in all creation that is not equally filled with the power of the creator. And as a self reflective human being I can see this truth, feel this truth, know this truth, use this truth, be this truth ...

Being one with the creative power of the universe, I know and accept the power of my words and hereby declare and accept into my life the following: I am whole, complete and perfect beyond all apparent conditions; this is my birthright. And this, that I know is true of me, is also true of this individual; it can be no other way in truth. I hold this truth in mind without reservation or question; it is undoubtedly so. I open myself to the flow of Spirit's inspiration and guidance by taking time now and each day to stop, look, and listen to my heart ...

In this holy space I hold you in mind ... I accept you just as you truly are, beyond all appearances to the contrary, as whole, perfect and complete. I surround you with Spirit's unconditional Love that I feel in this moment and I release you into this constant flow of support and nurturing that is life evolving.

Law of Attraction -- Relationship Transition

I faithfully follow the guidance that comes to me ...

To relax and let go and let Nature take its course in its flowing, easy, gentle ways as you transition from an old relationship to the possibilities of a new one.

In the bright light of day I look out and see nature at its best. The sun is shining, the trees and bushes wave slightly in the gentle breeze. The birds forage in the green grass as it reaches for the sky. Everywhere I look I see the dance of life. All is peaceful and harmonious. All is in divine right order.

Nature's first law is order. As I turn my attention toward the intelligence and power creating the universe I relax and look within. Here, in the rhythm of my breath and the beating of my heart I find divine right order. As I rest here in the comfort of my self, I feel my connection with Nature. I am a natural being, a natural product of the laws of the universe, just as is all I see around me. We are no different; all creation has at its core the Creator of the universe. At the beginning there is no separation -- there is only unity, oneness, wholeness, perfection. For this moment I dwell in this perfection.

Resting here in this timeless moment I open my mouth and speak these words knowing they have creative force in the world because they come from the center where I am consciously one with the Creator. I claim for myself and my former spouse an easy, harmonious relationship as we move on in the world to new experiences and new relationships. I know the love that brought us together is the Creator's gift and it never dies; and that it transforms from a couple's love for one another into a mutual respect for the individuals we are and the new places we occupy in the world.

I open myself to easily, honestly and peacefully accept the possibility and reality of a new mate into my life. I know the Creator in me knows what is best for me. I faithfully follow the guidance that comes to me in these special times I take to quiet my mind and just look and listen within.

Thank you Creator for always being with me and always offering your guidance without judgement or blame. I accept your voice as right and good and release my fears and let them go knowing your strength is my ally. I am eternally grateful for your presence and action in my life now.

Law of Attraction -- Graduate into New Profession

I feel the power of Spirit move through me ...

For me to consistently open to that goodness and knowingness that seeks expression through the profession I am graduating into so I let it flow naturally, easily, creatively.

Breathing easily and naturally, I relax into this day ... I close my eyes and look within, my awareness goes beyond the busy thoughts toward that calm, quiet center that is always present right here where I truly am ...

Easily and naturally I watch my thoughts as I gently let them go, each and every one, and center myself as one aspect of universal mind ... Floating in the ocean of consciousness I know I am not alone ...

There is one power, one life, one existence everywhere equally present ... I recognize my oneness with this power and presence now and always ... I relax into it and feel the evolutionary flow moving me forward on my path in life ... I feel my natural affinity for the part that is mine to play in the unfolding of this wonderful saga and I relax into it and listen for direction ...

Ideas spontaneously come to mind and the step by step path to their fulfillment is laid out before me ... I see myself following this direction as easily and naturally as I breathe now ... I feel my potential, my desire and ambitions all merging with the universal flow of life and I am happy ... I feel the strength of Spirit, the power of Love, moving with me and through me on my chosen path and I am glad ...

I feel the connection of my learning and training coming together now in expression as I move forward in life ... I know I am able to work with others and open to their specialness and connection with the universal ... I feel the power of Spirit move through me now and know It is always present in me and in my work.

Law of Attraction -- Father and Son Face Challenges

I accept Spirit within as my guide and counselor ...

For Father to know with and for Son and himself that Spirit is all there is, and wherever Spirit is good is and that this goodness lives in each and every heart and is always available to guide, nurture and counsel.

Being in the moment... I breathe in the moment... I relax in the moment... This moment is all there is in truth... I watch my thoughts as they move through my awareness... I let them go with each breath... And so it goes as I relax into myself... Breathing... Listening... Looking... Opening... Acknowledging the Presence of Spirit right here within me...

One Spirit, One Life, One Universe ever evolving, ever expanding from beginning to this moment and beyond. One creative intelligence filling the universe with itself in all forms. One love holding all together in divine embrace. This feeling of love is good, very very good.

I recognize this goodness within me now... I allow this feeling to warm me and nurture me as I claim my oneness with the creative intelligence of the universe. I feel the creative power within me now and choose to use it to cocreate my life with Spirit from this moment on.

With this intention in mind I relax into my present circumstances and know with and for Son that he is one with Spirit and possesses all the divine qualities I feel within myself now. I affirm his highest self is animated and enlivened by this prayer treatment as he opens himself to change and growth. This is a time for introspection and deep inner learning. This is a time to allow the truth to emerge from the subconscious, to be listened to and understood, so clear intentions and action can follow. This is an opportunity for positive change to be planted and take root and be nurtured to grow into the unlimited potential that is born into each of us. I accept Spirit within as my guide and counselor and feel the nurturing presence even as I speak and hear these words.

Thank you Spirit for opening the deep love in Son and myself. Here we are truly one and I am so grateful for the peace I feel now.

Yes, we are one, and so I let it be in all its divine majesty. I release this word into the divine law of manifestation knowing, accepting, believing it is done in the mind of Spirit. And so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- Healing Power Within Life and Death

I bless my family as myself for we are one ...

For those facing apparent terminal illness to do so with equanimity and for them to maintain an openness to and acceptance of the healing power within Life and Death.

Relaxing into this new day I breathe in deeply ... and then let it all go ... I breathe in Peace ... I breathe out confusion ... I breathe in Power ... I breathe out fear ... I breathe in Wisdom ... I breathe out ignorance ... With each in breath I accept the healing qualities of Spirit ... With each out breath I release all elements of dis-ease ... continuing this process in the background I consciously speak my word now affirming that which I know to be true:

There is one power, one creative force equally present in all the universe. This power, this force, comes forth at the beginning of time and moves with all creation through every step of evolution to the very end of time. There is no place this power, this force, this intelligence is not wholly, perfectly present and effective. I am one with this power right now and I know it and accept this truth into my mind, into my body, into my soul. In truth it can never be any other way and right now I see this clearly, I feel this dearly, I accept this fearlessly. I and the creative power of Spirit are one harmonious, perfect unity!

In this unity I close my eyes, I relax and let go of all earthly bonds and float suspended in time and space and take time to appreciate the miracle of Life. I look at my past, I look at my future, I look at my family, I look at this process I am totally caught up in and all I feel is Love. Love, that ever present attraction of this for that, holding the universe together. Love, that powerful emotion of self appreciation that holds each of us together as unified beings. Love, that wonderful bond that holds families together in good times and in bad times. All I feel is Love right now as I take time to be totally present in just this moment ...

This moment in my life is born in unity and maintains this unity for the whole duration of its existence; then it passes into the next moment and the same is true; there is never and can never be a true separation of all the parts of the universe; there are only changes, transformations from one level to the next. I am an immortal, eternal being of light passing from one form to the next. This precious human life gives me the opportunity to see, feel, and know myself and others. I cherish this opportunity and enjoy each moment to the fullest.

In this fullness of life and joy and harmony I release all preconceived ideas and open fully to the guidance of the creative power within me that I call Spirit. I accept the healing power that is behind each and every condition in my life and I allow it to come forward into the foreground so that all I experience is grounded in Love, Peace, Joy, Beauty, Light, Power and Life. I know and accept that I am not alone now and can never be alone in truth. For this and so much more I am eternally grateful.

I release these words into the creative law knowing they are true and manifest now and always. And so I let it be, now and forevermore.

Law of Attraction -- Greater Fulfillment and Happiness

I move gently and surely forward in life ...

For You to know Spirit is your guide and is always with you as you move through Life and that all changes do lead to greater fulfillment and happiness.

In this moment I breathe deeply and relax ... I let all thoughts of anything fade away into the background as I simply watch my breath ... I breathe deeply and let it go ...

I sense the great power in this moment ... I breathe deeply and let it go ...

I sense Life moving in me and all around me ... I breathe deeply and let it go ...

I sense the oneness of Life and all creation ... I breathe deeply and let it go ...

I sense that wonderful, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent intelligence we call Spirit in me right now ... I breathe deeply and let it go ...

I know that Spirit is all that exists and that I am one with Spirit ... I breathe deeply and let it go ...

I recognize the creative power of Spirit is within me now and always. I know that the words I speak have creative force in the world ... I choose these words carefully now, feeling their effects ringing out in the world ... I align my thoughts, words and deeds with Spirit and my way is made safe and clear before me ...

I move gently and surely forward in life accepting the changes I find along my path with courage and joy. I recognize the creativity of Spirit is within me; I listen carefully to the guidance I feel deep in my heart; I step boldly forward into the promise of happiness that is the fulfilllment of Spirit's plan. When fear appears to block me I hear it as a call to action and step into it with Spirit as my champion ... fear dissolves and clarity takes its place ... I clearly see the peace, joy and beauty that I am and express it in all that I think, say and do.

My loved ones are around me ... we are safe and happy together. Life is good. I easily accept the many opportunities I find to express my true self. Life is good as it supports and nourishes me in just the ways I need. Life is good to surround me with such Love.

I gratefully and freely enter this wonderful circle of Love knowing that as I give so do I receive. And I openly and fully give my Love and accept my Good returned to me. Thank you Infinite Spirit for your infinite blessings.

I release these words to Universal Law knowing they are fulfilled in truth even before they are spoken. So I let it be and so it is!

Law of Attraction -- From Shadows into Passion for Living

I accept the nourishing guidance of Spirit ...

For You to let go of shadow side and light side and just be in the void thereby letting that spark of "desire to be real" grow and flame into passion for living.

Confused, scattered, alone, I sit down and look out the window ... I breathe in deeply and then let it go with a whoosh ... several times ... It is a quiet morning ... the trees move slightly as a breeze passes by ... I allow myself to merge into this natural scene ... I close my eyes and feel thoughts pass through my mind, like the breeze through the trees ... I let them pass and relax deeper into my being ...

Here, inside my mind, I feel that intelligence that is in all nature, that is in all creation, evolving it from a single event into all I experience ... I feel this power in me right now and know I am one with it as is all around me ... in truth it can be no other way ...

Accepting the oneness of my mind with universal mind I accept that my thoughts and words are creative expressions of that intelligence creating all there is. Therefore, I deliberately and consciously choose to claim my highest good and greatest creativity and most generous rewards by being exactly who I am in truth.

The negative, nasty, depressed, bitter, thoughts and resentments pass by me like the breeze through the trees and they are gone ... I accept the nourishing guidance of Spirit I find here, inside my mind, universal mind, and know this is the foundation life is built upon ...

I return to these true roots whenever I feel challenged ... I sit and relax into the moment and allow the darkness to pass me by and find that spark of light that is always in the center of my being ... the creative spark of Spirit from which I come as an individual expression of the oneness of all existence. As I sit and feel itsa warmth, it grows in size and strength and I move forward using this inner strength and light to guide me on my chosen path to full self-expression.

Thank you Spirit within for always being here, right where I am ... I turn to you now and always to nurture, strengthen and guide me on my path through life.

I am forever grateful and release these words to the flow of evolution knowing I am guided through every obstacle. And so I let it be and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Love of God leaves Fear Behind

I choose and speak my words to claim my good ...

For You to heal physically, mentally and spiritually through a greater awareness of the love and power of God within thereby going forward leaving fear behind.

Sitting silent in my chair I close my eyes, breathe deep, and relax ... One by one I let go of all thoughts as they enter my mind ... and open myself to the inspiration of God. One Spirit, one Intelligence, one Power fully informs me with its presence as I sit and breathe. I breathe easily, gently, consistently, completely, as my body and mind open to God's guidance. In this relaxed state the words come easily, filled with the power of the creative process.

In oneness I am born and in oneness I live as one individual part of an organic, living whole. I honor this fact now and always as I consciously join with the creative process happening right now in me and around me. I relax and absorb this truth as I focus my attention on that which must change in my life. In this state I know my words are creative and causative in the world.

Carefully I choose and speak my words to claim my good, my highest good, here and now. I know the natural process of healing is going on right now in my body and that any and all professionals that I consult are helping me and my body to move consistently and constantly toward a perfect demonstration of good health. The love and power of God within me rejects lack, limitation and fear. I totally and completely align my thoughts, beliefs and actions with the creative expression of God's abundance, limitlessness and courage through me, as me, now. I choose to live in this world of unlimited possibilities and I joyfully plot my course toward that which fulfills my purpose here.

Thank you God for guiding me, nurturing me, inspiring me each step of the way. I am grateful for the intelligence, wisdom and strength you give me when I turn within for help. I accept you into my life without reservation now and always.

Law of Attraction -- Thanks for the Fellowship of Life

I see peace, joy, life and light everywhere I look ...

To give thanks for the Gifts of the Creator and the Fellowship of Life.

Sitting in the sun this morning I reflect on all that is going on in the world. I breathe it in ... and I breathe it out ... I find I have to just let it all go ... and turn my thoughts to my self in this moment ...

I hear the crows cawing to each other outside the window as they enjoy the abundance of nature as day dawns. I feel a oneness with that enjoyment as I sit here fully immersed in the Beauty of Life.

I relax into this feeling of beauty and know there is one life, one intelligence, one power behind all that exists. I know it is in the crows and it is in me now and always. I feel the strength and assurance this brings me as I sit here in the sun. I know I can never be separate from the power creating this world, this universe. Knowing this is true for me right here and right now, I also know that the same is true for all people everywhere; at this level there is no separation of one from another; we are one people, one world, one life, one beautiful outpouring of the creative spirit.

It is with this feeling in my body and mind that I affirm a constant evolutionary spiral toward a greater acceptance of this truth throughout the world. I affirm the goodness that lives in the heart of each and every one of us. And I call upon this goodness to manifest itself more and more insistently as we sort out the dysfunctions of the human condition. The solution lies in the ability of each individual to express their true feelings, their true inspirations and aspirations, their true love for life in all its forms. I see a vast unfolding of people to people contact and expression reaching across false boundaries to touch the one life in each and everyone. I see peace, love and light everywhere I look as a reflection of what I find in me. Ø There is so much to be grateful for this day and every day, I just relax into an attitude of gratitude for the goodness of life, the inherent goodness of humankind, and the wonderful gifts of the creator of all we have, all we see, all we are. I accept these gifts and pledge to use them wisely as my life unfolds.

I do unto others as I would have them do unto me in all my affairs. And so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Open to Freedom and Joy

I relax into Spirit and am guided, nurtured and supported ...

For You to relax into Spirit and open to freedom and joy, releasing judgments, fear and thoughts of lack in your life.

A song fills the air around me as I sit and relax into this moment. I take in the sounds around me and then let them be just what they are in truth, a part of the environment and place my attention on my breath... One breath at a time... Inhale... Exhale... Again... and Again...

One Spirit... One Life... One Love... All flows from one Source... One beginning, into this present moment, whole, complete and perfect... Yes, I breathe It in and I breathe It out because It is all there is in truth.

I align myself with this constant flow of creation and know that I am It, also. I accept my ability as a creative aspect of the Creator and choose to use my ability to call into my life that which I most seek and desire.

I release that which no longer serves me. In this moment of oneness with the Creator I accept my personal power; I am aligned with the power creating the universe; I claim and affirm I am open, free and joyous. I share my self with those around me in wonderful, positive ways. Life is beautiful even with appearances of negativity. I relax into the moment and find the joy that is always truly there regardless of conditions. I find the power within me to move gracefully through life; I find the power within me to see the grace in those around me and to call it out of them joyously. Each of us are free to be ourselves, just as we are and just as we are not. Spirit is all there is and this is good. I relax into Spirit and am guided, nurtured and supported.

All I need is provided me and I accept it into my life with great gratitude. I so appreciate the power I find in myself and all around me. Thank you Spirit for showing up in so many delightful ways.

Now I release this word into the law, the creative process, knowing it is true and manifest in truth even as it is spoken. With peace in my heart I relax and just let it be. And so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Accept Yourself with Spirit as Guide

I feel the nurturing embrace of Spirit holding me ...

For You to experience peace and tranquility as a natural expression of life as you let go and let Spirit nurture, support and guide you as you learn to accept your self.

In this very moment I relax and let go of all thoughts except those of Spirit. I know I am an expression of this divine source of all that exists. I feel my connection with Spirit at the deepest levels of my being. It can be no other way, I am one with the source of life; I am one with all that exists.

I close my eyes and feel this oneness and open my self to see clearly my role in the expression of this oneness. I relax and let go of all attachments to my self and allow myself to float in the sea of infinite love I find in Spirit. I feel the nurturing embrace of Spirit holding me, caressing me with compassionate feelings of peace, joy, beauty ...

Yes, Life is good and I am one with Life. I am Good. I am Loved. I am peaceful. I am joyful. I am beautiful. I accept myself and I accept Life, totally, completely, without reservation, in this moment of divine revelation. I truly let go and let Life express as me, through me, with me. I relax and contemplate this reality with a peaceful mind. I relax and let myself dream ... I relax and my body relaxes; all tension melts away naturally and easily as I merge with the infinite ... I breathe in Love and breathe out Love ... again and again ... Yes, I am safe ... yes, I am whole, complete and perfect ... yes, Life is good ... yes, I am a bright star ... yes, I am a divine child of the Universe ...

I accept myself just as I truly am. I am grateful for the divine presence I feel expressing through me now; I know and accept this as the Truth, always, and consciously choose to remember this always. I trust the goodness of Life to guide me and hold me safely; in this trust I find peace, tranquility and hope; in this trust I find myself. Thankfully, I let this be.

With a peaceful mind and a loving heart I release these words to the Law of Life, knowing their Truth precedes them in the world. And so I let it be, and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Satisfaction and Advancement

I move forward in harmony with the guidance I receive ...

For You to focus on activities that are most important to you, completing them to your satisfaction and personal advancement.

Breathing in and breathing out ... I sit here in quiet contemplation of this present moment and the task I have before me ... Breathing in ... Breathing out ... I gently allow the ideas to come to me ... I gently allow the thoughts to come to me ... I gently allow the words to come to me ... I gently allow the actions to come to me ...

I know and affirm there is one power, one presence, one spirit creating all there is in this whole, entire universe. I relax into this atmosphere of oneness and release my cares and concerns into it. I know there is one Life, the life of the creator of all there is; I know this Life is in all I see, feel, know. I feel the presence of Life in me right now and open my self to listen to its guidance ... In this present moment I see my oneness with Life and relax into this truth.

Being one with Life, being one with the creative Power of the universe, I realize my creative partnership with It. In this moment I consciously choose to cocreate my ideal life experience with Life. I accept Life's guidance unequivocally. I take the time whenever indecision arises to stop, look within, and listen to the guidance of Life always present within me. I take the time to quiet my mind, to ask gently what is it I am to do now, and to listen attentively for the answer ...

The answer is always there, always moving me forward on my path, firmly, lovingly, persistently; so I relax and accept it. I move forward in harmony with the guidance I receive. I enjoy the feeling of balance and accomplishment in my life and am very grateful for it. Partnering with Life in this way brings me many rewards; thank you Life.

And so I move forward in my life, focusing on each task that is most important to me at any particular time. In this way I move gracefully toward my goals with the power and strength of Life with me all the way.

With this said, I release my word into the creative law of Mind, knowing full well that as it is spoken, so it is in truth. So I let it be. And so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Be Healthy, Happy, Prosperous

I easily accept the fulfillment of my dreams ...

For You to be healthy, happy and prosperous.

I relax into the quietness of now. I sit and feel the earth beneath me ... I sit and breathe the air around me ... I relax into the gentle rhythms of life ...

I affirm there is one Life, one Love, one God, from which all existence flows. All that exists is equally endowed with this creative energy. It is this universal nature of God, of Love, of Life, that I focus my awareness on now.

Continuing to breathe evenly and fully, I allow my focus to shift into an awareness of the presence of this universal, energetic, intelligence in me now. I allow my awareness to include my heart and my body as vital containers of this energy as well as my mind. I sit immersed in this creative energy from head to toe, from heaven to earth, from thought to feeling and all else that enters into the picture.

Immersed in the creative medium, I affirm that my words and thoughts are creative and causative in their effect on my worldly experience. I take the time now to sit and allow thoughts, images, ideas of my path through life from this moment on to come to me from the universal intelligence I invite into my awareness. I see myself as a healthy individual, active in my work, in my community and in my family. I find it easy to relate with others and this brings me happiness and fulfillment. I see myself sharing my talents even as I learn more about what they are in the world, and this brings me easily and naturally into the circle of abundance that supports me in every way: physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially.

I easily accept the fulfillment of my dreams in this state of universal awareness that I find myself in. I am grateful for the peace, quiet and calm assurance that I feel now. I am thankful for the future I see unfolding for me and move into it easily and gracefully. Thank you Life, Love, God within for nurturing and supporting me each step of the way. I remain open to your influence knowing it is my purpose to fulfill that which I feel through my heart.

In full awareness of the universal in my individual life I release these words, thoughts, visions into the evolutionary flow of life knowing in the fullness of existence they are already manifest. So it is and so I let it be.
