Law of Attraction -- Sanctuary Within

I am grateful for the sanctuary within ...

For You to know the patience and strength of the one Spirit always in life as Life unfolds in its sometimes challenging ways.

Sitting in the morning silence, I listen. I listen to the crows call and the cars drive by; I listen to the sounds of my breathing and the sounds of my heart beating. I sit and I listen in silence for the inspiration of Spirit within me. I listen.

There is one Spirit, one Life, one Power everywhere equally present in this universe, in this world, in this community, in this house, in this body. This indescribable Power is creating all we see and know in this universe right now. I release myself into this power and know I am safe. I release myself so that I am one with the evolutionary flow of Life and now consciously assume my rightful role as an integral part of the unfolding wholeness, perfectness and completeness of the universe. In truth it can be no other way.

I accept this as I look out and see a new day beginning and look within and see a new way opening. I am able to relax into the completeness of this moment outside and inside. There is nothing I need to change as I accept this moment in all its perfection. Yes, I am one with the creative power of the universe; yes, I am able to patiently watch the world flow around me; yes, I am able to listen and respond in positive, constructive, empowering ways; and, yes, the world reflects back to me the truth I hold inside. I know the goodness I am and that I express in the world.

I relax into this moment, this eternal moment and am thankful for the Power I feel right now. I am a strong, able manifestation of Spirit here on earth for a purpose and a reason and I relax into this truth. Grateful for the peace I feel in this moment, I consciously accept it as the truth my being is grounded on and I return here, to this feeling, to this place within, whenever I feel challenged by events in the outside world.

I am grateful for the sanctuary within and the one Spirit that nurtures me here. Thank you.

I release these words into the flow of Life knowing I am safe, whole and complete just as I am. And so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- Balance Body, Mind, Spirit

I accept the healing power present in me now ...

For You to relax and in relaxing to allow the natural balance to return to your body, mind and spirit healing all appearances of dysfunction.

Slowly I let activity slip away as I close my eyes and relax. I relax into the center of my being, into my heart ... I feel the steady rhythm of my heartbeat ... I curl my tongue against the roof of my mouth and breathe deeply, relaxing further into the center of my being ... I continue this meditation, paying attention only to my heart and my breath ... I let all other thoughts go, returning always to my heart and my breath ...

Here I find safety, peace and stillness ... Here I allow a deeper relaxation to hold me in the womb of creation ... Here I come in contact with the source of all that exists, with the source of life itself ... Here I am ready to be renewed ... Here, at the source, I am whole, complete and perfect ...

I now know and affirm consistently that I am one with the original power and intelligence creating all that exists ... I affirm my acceptance of the power present now, in me, to heal any and all apparent afflictions ... I relax fully into this moment and absorb all I can of the presence in which I am immersed. I return here often and immerse myself in peace and light. I am truly one with the creative power of the universe and it is working in me and through me in this and every moment. I accept the healing power present in me now.

I am filled with gratitude for this peaceful, easy, natural feeling. Thank you Spirit within for calming me, holding me, nurturing me, healing me; I accept your warmth and presence unequivocally.

Into this creative medium I release these words knowing they are true and manifest even as they are spoken. I breathe deeply and say: "So it is and so I let it be".

Law of Attraction -- Enjoy Life as it Appears Every Moment

I happily accept my unique role in wholeness ...

For You to know divine perfection beyond all appearances and to rejoice in Life as it appears in every moment.

I gently center myself ... feeling myself settle into this chair ... feeling my chest and abdomen gently move as my breath flows in and out ... watching my mind peacefully thinking these thoughts ... gradually releasing all attachment ... In this very moment I feel an overwhelming presence of Love welling up inside me; it starts as a warm tingly feeling in my gut and slowly rises through my abdomen to my heart and continues through my throat and head to overflow and bathe me in a golden light. I calmly see this, feel this, accept this. I know there is one Life, one Light, one universal expression that is here with me now. I am consciously immersed in the Oneness of the universe, there is no separation.

As I speak these words aloud I know the perfect presence of the Creator is with me. And I know and declare that as this Intelligence is perfect so am I; there can be nothing else but perfection in this very moment; this moment that, in truth, is eternal and everlasting.

I find my Truth here as I read this prayer aloud. I feel the Joy, Peace, Power, Beauty, and all the wonderful expressions of Love that flow in infinite measure from the Creator as me in this moment. I feel this and so much more that exists in perfect harmony in this perfect creation we all share.

As I contemplate this experience I know it is true; I feel my lips move and my eyes read; I follow the thoughts that come spontaneously to my mind; I sense the wonderful intelligence that enables grass seed to grow grass and cherry stones to make cherries moving through me now; there is an innocence and purity to this contemplation that I know is true, more true than any appearance to the contrary. Life is truly good! I accept and affirm this truth with a deep, abiding faith in this eternal moment, again and again. I allow this feeling to sink into my deepest, darkest recesses bringing light to all the dark places; darkness and negativity are no longer at home in my light filled body or in my joy filled life!

Yes! Thank you Spirit for flowing through me gently and easily leaving behind the light of truth equally throughout my being. I happily accept my unique role in the wholeness, completeness, oneness of life now.

I take these words, these feelings, this profound faith and I release them to natural evolution of creation, knowing their truth resounds for the benefit of all. And so I let it be; and so it is!
