From Peace Within I Attract Love

I relax into the place of Peace within ...

For Me to live from that place of Peace within and naturally harmonize with all I am in relationship with; and from this groundedness to find (create) a loving and healthy and fulfilling love relationship.

Sitting here in the afternoon with the music playing, the kitchen cooking and the sun shining brightly, I breathe deeply and relax ... I take my attention from the external and consciously place it within ... Life goes on around me as I take this time to look within ... I breathe deeply and regularly and watch this process as I ask, "Where is the place of Peace within me?" ...

I take the time to let the thoughts flow ... I watch them all and grasp none ... yes, that is the way it appears ... I let go of all preconceived ideas and ask Spirit to connect me to my place of Peace ... I take all the time I need ... When my thoughts wander I return to the question, "Where is the place of Peace within me?" ...

My thoughts slow down ... I see a bright white light ... It fills my vision, I hear silence, I feel calm ... I am alone and safe in my place of peace ... I breathe deeply and let it go with a sigh ... I am immersed in my peaceful place ... one by one I admit those I am in relationship with into my awareness and imagine us moving together to the music that fills my mind ... we are in harmony, smiling, enjoying this moment of peace and action ... Yes, I live my life like this from this moment on ... I return here whenever I need to be grounded in peace, harmony and Spirit ...

There is one power, one creative energy in the world; this energy is fully present in my awareness now ... this energy is the same energy that animates my friends, family and loved ones ... we come from the same source and coexist in an infinitely interrelated world ... I celebrate this truth even as I relax into the place of peace within ...

Into this harmonious vision I speak my word, knowing it has creative impact on the one mind from which we all come: I open myself to receiving the love of a special friend and, in opening to receive, I open to give of myself in forming a loving and healthy and fulfilling love relationship. I see it, I feel it, I honor it ... Yes!

My gratitude wells up naturally and easily within for the gift of harmony, peace and love that Spirit brings to me as I relax, speak my word in faith believing and patiently open to outcome.

I release this experience into the flow of evolution knowing as I see it, as I speak it, so it is in truth, and so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- True Relationship Path

I find clarity, love and happiness in the process ...

For becoming clear with God's truth for me regarding my relationship paths and the strength to attend to this truth.

Here I am, sitting. I take a deep breath and let it go... Here I am sitting and breathing, watching the thoughts flow through my mind. Consciously I choose to stop the flow of thoughts and focus my awareness on sitting and breathing... I feel the rhythm of breath merging with heart... I move my body and find a comfortable position... My attention is on my body and the life it celebrates... I am a self contained representation of the Universe. Now I am ready to pray:

One power, one presence, one creator of all that exists filling the universe with itself; one evolving, changing, moving Spirit becoming more and more complex and conscious as it moves eternally into infinity. Yes, this is the vision that fills me in this moment as I realize this is true within me and all around me in this moment as I sit here breathing, watching, listening to my life, my self.

I am a singular representation of this oneness that encompasses all life, I am a self-contained expression of the Creator of the universe, co-creating my life with God. I accept this knowledge and choose to consciously use it now to manifest my deepest desire to bring myself forward totally and completely into realization of my full potential. With this thought held strongly in mind I speak my word:

I accept the presence of the divine muse in me totally and completely in this moment. I affirm the presence of all that I need to move forward on my chosen path. I feel deeply the gifts around me in the world. I open myself to receive clarity, direction and purpose from my relationship with this world. I recognize this in whatever form it takes and align myself with Spirit, one Spirit within all that comes forward to help. I recognize my special gifts and share them happily with the world. I accept the strength I find here in communion with Spirit to be my authentic self. I am open as to how this looks in form, but it is dynamic, deep and moving for everyone that I come into relationship with as I move through the world being totally and truly my authentic self. I accept the Love, Power, Peace, Beauty, Light, Joy that Spirit is in truth as my truth now and always. I express these qualities in all that I do and find clarity, love and happiness in the process.

Gratitude is a simple word for the complex feelings filling me now as I contemplate the meaning of this prayer, but thank you Spirit within for filling me with strength, faith and presence of mind. I move forward filled with love, with an attitude of gratitude for all that is given me.

I release this word into the law that always says Yes, and relax knowing that as it is spoken, felt, accepted, believed, so it is manifested in the world now. So, it is and so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- For a Broken Heart

I move naturally on my path toward my greatest good ...

For a broken heart:

As I relax into this morning, there is a deep, dark cloud to the north ... as I turn away from it and look to the south I see blue skies and the sun rising in the east. So it is with life as I deal with a broken heart.

Surrounded by the infinite variety of nature, I breathe in deeply and let it go with a sigh. I take another breath, and this time I breathe in that infinite variety and make it a part of me; I exhale old thoughts and ideas that don't serve me anymore. I open to the new and let go of the old.

I am in the rhythm of life. Now. I feel my heart beating and my breath flowing in and out bringing goodness to me and carrying away that which no longer serves me. In this consistency I feel the spirit of life in me; I know and accept that this spirit in me is the same that is in everyone; we are all connected by this one spirit of life and creation. There is no place in the universe this energy, this force, this creativity is not present. I am encouraged and supported by this feeling and I relax into it and fall deeper into my being.

I affirm the goodness of my life and the people in my life, especially my beloved. I hold as true and beautiful the dream we have spun together. I flush in the memory of its fullness and joy. I breathe in deeply and let it go. I stand tall and strong in oneness with nature and life. I wake from the dream and feel a longing, a sadness for that innocence that is past. I pause here a moment and smile in sweet memory and then move on to what is now.

I breathe in again ... and then let it go ... As I turn my attention to what lies ahead I allow my vision to expand into the future. I stand totally in the present with my attention and awareness focused on my innermost feelings and urgings of the spirit of life within me. I affirm and know that as I allow my decisions to come from this place of quietness and deep self-reflection that I move naturally forward on my own path toward my greatest good. I bless those I meet and move with along the path and bless them when we must go our separate ways. I hold no attachment to any outcome; I open my heart to all possibilities. Yes, life is good. Yes, I take time to stand in the moment and appreciate life and its gifts. Yes, I move on in the flow of life to new experiences.

I know and affirm I live in a universe of infinite variety; of infinite beauty, joy, and love. I am one with this now and forever. I am filled with gratitude for this truth I feel so thoroughly, so deeply in my being. Thank you life for your fullness and expression through me as me. I appreciate your support and guidance. I listen to your messages always and I follow your urgings naturally and easily.

Now I take my leave and release these words into your loving atmosphere. I know their truth is always with me. I breathe it in and I breathe it out. And so it goes; and so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- Couple Enjoys Peace, Happiness

I align my energy with the energies of the Universe ...

For You and your Beloved to know that potential within so completely and thoroughly that it oozes out in all your thoughts, words and deeds, bringing peace, joy and happiness to you and those around you.

Trusting the One Power of the Universe, relax and let your thoughts go to that place within that connects each one to the Whole. Feel your heart beating and your lungs expanding and contracting. We are aligned with the flow of the Universe; in this moment sense that the universe also breathes, expanding and contracting ... We are specks in the vast wholeness of the universe but we are creative specks looking out from this center of consciousness to view the whole as a movie projector looks out on its work. I find joy in this vision and am inspired to speak these words for the benefit of my beloved and myself to tap into this great, wonderful creative energy on a consistent, ungoing, always basis.

We are two peas in the pod ready to spring open and sprout and grow into the wholeness that lies dormant within us. I know and affirm that the plan of the Great Spirit is for us to sprout and grow and prosper through expressing the great potential lying within us. I declare this to be the Truth. I choose to align my energy with the energies of the Universe and to grow along those lines set forth in my beginnings and to hold my beloved's hand as we traverse this space and time together into infinite eternity.

Fear appears to be all around us, in and through us; I speak these words now to recognize these feelings and to hold them up to the clear light of the Oneness that is truly all around us and through us. In this clear light I can see no fear; I can feel no fear in this clear understanding for we are embraced by the One Great Spirit and all I know in this light is Love. Yes, I allow the courage and peace and enthusiasm that flows constantly from this Love to fill my being with Light; being filled with Light, all obstacles and encrustations of past memories and beliefs dissolve and disappear into the nothingness from which they arose. All appearance of separation is dissolved and we are free to be as we were born: Creative beings here to discover happiness in physical form and in sharing our selves with one another.

Creativity abounds in each one of us as individuals, and as a couple, in this relationship. The mysteries of Life are revealed for all to see through the expression of two working as one. Overcoming the struggle and doubt and occasional feelings of separation is part of the revelation and are merely small steps on a very long path. I recognize that and agree to keep moving through the difficult terrain knowing that we are becoming stronger and the promised land will be the more beautiful for the difficulties we encounter along the way.

Happily I accept this time in our life for I know it is the threshold of eternal happiness. I accept this and bless this with great gratitude for all the peace, joy and happiness that are ours now even as we uncover just the smallest glimpses of this wonderful truth: Life is Good, truly Good and we are born to be full active participants in this Goodness.

These words are now released to the Great Spirit, to the flow of the universe where they are already manifest in this world. And so I let it be; and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Marriage Confusion

I accept the clarity of true Love ...

For a married person to gain clarity and one-mindedness in their relationship with a spouse giving mixed messages about their commitment to the marriage.

I am confused and dazed by a whirlwind of thoughts mixing up my mind ... I breathe deeply and exhale with a sigh ... Focusing my attention on my breath, I am brought into the present moment and the orderliness of time marching on in a steady beat ... my breath is regular and even, and it joins the march ... I feel my heart adding its rhythm to the forward movement ... The whirlwind is gone now and I am at one with the rhythm of life.

I relax into the fullness of this moment and focus my awareness on the power that is behind all this activity in me. As I relax into the question ... I find there is an intelligence operating in me that is greater than me alone. This power is in everything and everyone around me. This power is in the birds and the bees and the flowers and the trees; it is in you and it is in me; there is no place this power is not. Spirit, God, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, The Great Spirit, Goddess are a few of the many names this power is known by. Named or nameless, it is always right here where I am. I know it, I feel it, I accept it.

Being one with the creative power of the universe, I choose to speak my word knowing it is creative and causative in the world. I claim for myself and for my spouse only the highest good; that good which furthers each of us on our individual and collective paths to the fulfillment of our purpose here in the world. I know we are drawn together to serve the greatest good. I know that our separation serves our highest purpose. As I relax into this precious time, immersed in Spirit, I let go of the question "Why?" and enter the movement of time with a clear heart and mind.

I feel the power of Spirit in me and I know this same power is with my spouse. I move forward with this power and affirm the same for my spouse. As I focus on the good that comes from our relationship I realize we are immersed in Spirit's love. Love is the common bond that holds us together now and forever, even as individuals with separate lives to live.

I release my expectations and desires to the wisdom of Spirit and follow Love's guidance in all my thoughts, words and actions. I accept the clarity that comes with this decision and remember it always. I know Love is true and that Love's purposes are served regardless of outcome.

I have spoken my heart and release these words to Spirit's Law knowing all is good, true and manifest now. So I let it be and so it is.
