I appreciate and say thank you to our veterans ...

To express gratitude for the power of Spirit manifesting good in my life.

Here I sit with sunshine streaming through the window... and thoughts streaming through my mind ... war, civil liberties, family... I breathe deeply and let it go ... I breathe deeply and let the thoughts go ... I breathe deeply and accept the inspiration of Spirit into the stream of consciousness ... I breathe deeply and relax into the flow ... I breathe deeply again and again ...

Settling into this gentle rhythm ... I allow the words to come easily and naturally ...

There is one power, one presence, one creative force in this universe; I feel it in me now, I see it all around me now. The intelligence behind the breath, the force behind the sunlight, the source of consciousness is that which we call by many names: God, Great Spirit, the Thing Itself, Allah, Jehovah, Nature ...

I take this time now to tune into this Intelligence as it manifests in me, as me now. I know I am one with this Source now and always, and that my life flows forward with It as my guide. I take this time to listen to Its special message for me, now. And as I transcribe this message, I know it is for each of us in the Oneness of life, of creation, of being that we share.

I accept this inspiration as Spirit's gift today. I accept the power it brings into my life to face the demons that arise to block my way. I accept the power of Love to move us through all obstacles to our birthright of peace, joy, beauty, power. I accept the natural abundance of Spirit into my life now and always, in all forms: material, spiritual, emotional.

I give thanks for the gift of human life. I give thanks for the gift of consciousness. I give thanks for the ability to be self conscious. I give thanks for the ability to cocreate my life with Spirit. I give thanks for the people and beings around me that are active in my life. I give thanks for my emotions and feelings that enrich my life. I give thanks for the beauty I find in myself and all around me. I give thanks for those that have gone before leaving their gifts of love for us. I give thanks for knowing the unstoppable power of love to heal all things and bring us into divine harmony when all is said and done.

Today I give special thanks to all those that serve and have served in the Armed Forces, putting themselves in harm's way, in faith believing, to preserve for us all that I am thankful for today.

As I release these words, these thoughts, these feelings into the creative process, into the flow of life, into the outpicturing from the source, I take special care to honor myself and my loved ones for perseverance in pursuing the goal of happiness, for in truth we are one and reach the goal together. And so I let it be.

From Peace Within I Attract Love

I relax into the place of Peace within ...

For Me to live from that place of Peace within and naturally harmonize with all I am in relationship with; and from this groundedness to find (create) a loving and healthy and fulfilling love relationship.

Sitting here in the afternoon with the music playing, the kitchen cooking and the sun shining brightly, I breathe deeply and relax ... I take my attention from the external and consciously place it within ... Life goes on around me as I take this time to look within ... I breathe deeply and regularly and watch this process as I ask, "Where is the place of Peace within me?" ...

I take the time to let the thoughts flow ... I watch them all and grasp none ... yes, that is the way it appears ... I let go of all preconceived ideas and ask Spirit to connect me to my place of Peace ... I take all the time I need ... When my thoughts wander I return to the question, "Where is the place of Peace within me?" ...

My thoughts slow down ... I see a bright white light ... It fills my vision, I hear silence, I feel calm ... I am alone and safe in my place of peace ... I breathe deeply and let it go with a sigh ... I am immersed in my peaceful place ... one by one I admit those I am in relationship with into my awareness and imagine us moving together to the music that fills my mind ... we are in harmony, smiling, enjoying this moment of peace and action ... Yes, I live my life like this from this moment on ... I return here whenever I need to be grounded in peace, harmony and Spirit ...

There is one power, one creative energy in the world; this energy is fully present in my awareness now ... this energy is the same energy that animates my friends, family and loved ones ... we come from the same source and coexist in an infinitely interrelated world ... I celebrate this truth even as I relax into the place of peace within ...

Into this harmonious vision I speak my word, knowing it has creative impact on the one mind from which we all come: I open myself to receiving the love of a special friend and, in opening to receive, I open to give of myself in forming a loving and healthy and fulfilling love relationship. I see it, I feel it, I honor it ... Yes!

My gratitude wells up naturally and easily within for the gift of harmony, peace and love that Spirit brings to me as I relax, speak my word in faith believing and patiently open to outcome.

I release this experience into the flow of evolution knowing as I see it, as I speak it, so it is in truth, and so I let it be.

I am able to be me now ...

For You to feel the support of the Mother of us all and to relax into her cradling arms and release all resistance into the infinite compassion of Mother's love ...

I am one with the infinite Mother, I am one with Love ... I relax into these words and the melody that goes with them ... I know I am contained in an infinite womb of creation and caring and nurturing ... for I am born of woman and in infinite space I live ... as I know this is true of me, I know and affirm it is true for everyone and most especially You ...

I know there is one power, one Spirit everywhere equally present in this space, enlivening and activating all that exists to be just what it is ... the effect of Father time is everywhere, unfolding eternal creation within infinite space ... I feel this Spirit in me now and know and affirm It is present in everything else, most especially You ...

I know life, existence, space and time are not static or stationary in any way ... We exist in an evolving universe and change is the only constant ... I know this is true as I sit here now for me ... and I know and affirm it is true for everything in space and time ... most especially You ...

I know that beneath all the dark mysteries in life there is light ... the ground of our being is light, that spark that first enlivens movement in infinite space is light ... in whatever darkness that assails my body ... in whatever darkness that clouds my mind ... I know the light is burning away at it, to dissolve and dissipate it as the sun evaporates the fog on a summer morning ... I place my awareness in my heart, the home of the Sun within me ... I open this window to the universal light, the ever present Father to warm me, cradled in Mother's arms ... I feel the warmth of the Father coming to me through my heart and the heart of Mother ...

I am one with the infinite, eternal goodness of existence ... I am one with the wholeness, completeness, perfectness of the whole ... I release all that is artificial and illusory into the allness and accept myself as whole, complete and perfect ... now and forevermore ... I know and affirm this is true for all that speak this, hear this, feel this, know this within themselves ... most especially You ...

Thank you Spirit within for bringing these words and feelings and knowings to me now in my time of need ... I accept your warmth, your compassion, your power into my life and body now and am washed clean ... I release that which holds me down into the flow of your love and know I am able ... able to be free now ... able to be me now ... able to express myself fully now ... able to claim health and wealth in all areas of life now ... able, yes, able! ... able to claim that which serves my highest good and the highest good of my community as real and present now ...

Law of Attraction -- Win Win in Dilemmas

I relax and feel a common bond of love ...

For You to relax into Oneness with Spirit and trust intuition to guide you to a win win solution to any apparent interpersonal dilemma. To feel and act with strength, courage and clarity.

Relaxing into this new day, I breathe deeply and let it go ... Yes, I am alive ... I am alive with Spirit ... I am alive with Creation ... I am alive with my own unique Gift to bring to this world ...

There is one Power, one creative Intelligence equally available everywhere in creation. I feel the presence of this power and intelligence in me right now. It is always with me, It can be no other way. I know this power is good and guides me to my highest good when I relax and listen. As this is true for me right now I know it is true for all creation because we are One. I let It guide me on my path through life.

Being One with Spirit I speak my word into the creative medium of Mind, knowing that here my word takes shape and manifests in the world. Everything in manifestation has a mental equivalent and I set my stage with my thought now. I relax and feel a common bond of love holding all creation together. I relax further into this feeling ...

I do unto others as I would have them do unto me ... I take this principle and use it as my guide in dealing with others. I look into the eyes of my business contacts and see the common bond of love deep in their being and respond in kind. I show up exactly as I am in truth; I listen with equanimity; I speak my truth without blame or judgement; and remain open to outcome. I am clear that Spirit is in charge and I am a unique expression of Spirit. I know that I bring my special goodness to each and every situation I am in and relax into this truth and let my thoughts, ideas, needs and desires flow. Life is Good!

Clearly grounded in Spirit I am grateful for this time, this contact, this feeling of power, courage and clarity I feel now and know is always with me. Thank you Spirit for your constant guidance.

I release these words into creation unfolding and am one with the flow. And so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Faced with Life Threatening Illness

Silently I sit and think of Spirit ...

For You to know the perfection of Life and your powerful role in bringing happiness to yourself and your loved ones, especially when faced with life threatening illness.

Silently I sit and think of Spirit ... I wonder at all the complications I see in Life ... As I wonder I listen to the wind blow the bushes against the house ... I feel questions of right and wrong rush through my brain ... a murmuring, whispering, searching for solidity, solidness, sureness ... I breathe deeply and relax, letting go of all except thoughts of Spirit ...

Spirit, all there is, all of creation, the intelligence bringing forth you and me and the birds and the bees and the flowers in the trees ... there is no spot Spirit is not wholly, completely and perfectly present ...

In this moment I am comforted by these words ... They remind me that I am not alone, that I am filled with the same Spirit that is everywhere equally present ... I am comforted by this feeling because I know I am filled with the creative power of Spirit as You and all your loved ones are ...

We are One with everything in the universe -- separation is a fiction! I feel happiness in this knowing that no matter what appears to happen in Life we are One with each other and the Love that bonds us together is infinite and eternal ...

The Love and Respect I feel in this moment for the wholeness and perfection of life unfolding carries me forward confident and peaceful. I release my cares and concerns to Spirit, knowing that in this larger picture all is working out perfectly. The healing power of Spirit is expressing itself uninhibited by doubt through each of us: patient, family, health care providers ...

I know peace comes easily to those around me when I relax and fill my thoughts with love and respect for the inherent intelligence of life; I relax and trust in love and respect to allow life to unfold naturally and easily ... I know healing, wholeness, perfection, is the truth for each of us always ... In this moment I hold in my consciousness the right outcome for all involved: health care providers, family and patient. Each and everyone is inspired to be in the right place at the right time doing the right thing with the right mood.

Life unfolds in many unexpected ways but Love and Peace are always at the core of each situation. I look within and they are right here where I am. As I relax into this truth I visualize the wholeness and perfection of life as it is here in my center and I consciously watch it radiate out enlivening the healing power of Love and Peace in me ... as this happens with me, I see it happening with all involved in this situation: health care providers, family and patient ... the power of Love and Peace and Spirit's guidance are everywhere equally present now ...

I know and claim that what is true for me in Oneness is true for my loved ones. I accept with gratitude the fullness of this eternal moment of Love and Peace and choose to return here whenever doubts appear, for in Oneness there is always happiness. I accept the wholeness and perfection that is the core of our being. I say thank you Spirit for illuminating the Love and Peace I find within me and my loved ones.

Law of Attraction -- Sort Out Life into Divine Right Order

I know and feel and experience the Divine order ...

To let go and let God as I sort out my life and accept Divine right order, including prosperity, into everyday living easily and naturally.

One ever-present Spirit flows easily and gently throughout all creation. I am one with this Spirit as I easily and gently collect my thoughts and relax into this moment, clear my throat and speak these words:

I know there is One Life, One Spirit and One Intelligence that is equally present everywhere in the Universe. Resting securely in this knowing, in this feeling, in this truth, I am one with It as an unique expression of Oneness. And as an unique expression of this Oneness I have all the qualities of Spirit and Intelligence right here, right now. My expression is one with the whole and, at the same time, one of a kind. I enjoy this understanding, this presence, and relax into it with a feeling of unlimited possibilities spread out before me.

In this relaxed, creative, unlimited state of mind I speak my word knowing my words initiate change in my life. I know and feel and experience the divine order of the Universe unfolding one step at a time as does my life, as does each life.

I affirm that in this unfoldment each step grows out of the preceding one and that each one moves me toward realizing my highest good. With Spirit as my guide I move forward confident, secure, strong. Now, trusting fully and completely this reality, I appreciate each miracle, each challenge, each revelation, each solution, for just what it is: another step along the way. I open my mind, heart and body to accept the inspiration of Spirit with each breath I take, with each thought I make, with each word I state as I consciously enter fully and completely into the process of life.

With my awareness fully engaged in this spiritual unfoldment, I find myself one with the abundance of the universe ... by freely and easily giving the special gifts my unique expression brings to the world I am gifted in return. I know this is true for me and I know this is true for each one because we are all subject to the same universal laws in our own unique unfoldment. This is good, very good.

With deep humility and appreciation I gratefully accept this Truth right here and right now. I know Spirit works through natural law to create my good even before being asked, and as I release these words to the law of creation, I know this Truth is present even now in my life.

And I simply let it be so ... and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Love, Light, Peace in New Year

This is a year of universal love, light and peace ...

To bless and honor the turning of the year with intention and conviction for and about the goodness that it brings to me and to the world.

Breathing in, breathing out, I relax into this time and place, again and again I breathe as I straighten my spine, place my feet on the floor, hold my neck straight and let go of tension in my body and mind. Here I am, ready to give my attention to Spirit within and to receive that which I seek.

One Spirit, one God, one Creator equally present throughout the universe, informing all that exists with its essence, springing forth into form in the diversity we witness as nature, the natural outpouring of creativity of this intelligence at the heart of all that exists.

I look into my heart, I find Spirit there, expressing itself as me; I relax into this witnessing and choose to consciously speak my word, creating that which I most desire to experience, and manifest in my life as this year turns over in the annals of time.

I claim this to be a year of ease and comfort as I strengthen my connection with God within and allow good health and inspiration to flow through me easily and naturally.

I claim this to be a year of joy and celebration with family and friends as we connect through our hearts and find our true, mutual strengths through these connections.

I claim this to be a year of financial prosperity as all the seeds that have been planted in previous years grow and mature and bear fruit. I harvest these fruits happily even as I plant more seeds.

I claim this to be a year of peace for the world as I find peace within myself as I set clear, achievable objectives and stay in the present moment as I move forward one step at a time carefully keeping my balance between world and spirit, work and play, planting and harvesting.

I claim this to be a year of understanding and compassion within each heart that beats in this world and that love replaces hate as the people all over the world discover that loving their neighbor is more productive and safer than hating them.

With love, light and peace in my heart I release this word into the law that always says yes, yes, yes to honest, heartfelt declarations of good for self and others, because in truth we are all one with each other and Creator.

And so I joyfully let it be now and forever more; and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Follow the Light

I follow the Light and know I am safe ...

To remember what this day, this time of year, is really about for us as human beings.

I sit in the morning light with music playing in the background. The sun shines through a veil of clouds on green grass with glistening drops of dew. The ducks graze and chatter as the deciduous trees stand as silent sentinels. In this peaceful setting I breathe deeply and relax ... I reflect on the changing of the seasons and its meaning to life on earth.

In my relaxing into this moment I feel my connection to all around me. I know there is no separation in truth. All is interconnected in an invisible weave. On the cosmic scale the earth, the moon, the sun, our galaxy move in a dance that is delicate and balanced, each taking its place in relation to the other, effecting and being effected. I know this is true of the domestic scene described above, and I know this is true of the microcosm with all the molecules, atoms, protons and electrons, keeping a delicate balance in each of their spheres. And then there are the seasons ...

The seasons are measured by the sun's relationship to earth and its ability to effect life here. From the beginning of time and the inception of biological life on Earth this rhythm has been a vital factor. Like the rotation of the Earth with its periods of light and dark on a daily basis, there is the changing length of the day as the latitudes move away from the equator. Four times a year we celebrate the high, low and middle points of the Sun's journey as the changing of the seasons. Animal and plant life recognize these changes intuitively and react in a variety of ways: migration, hibernation, dormancy, going to seed, giving birth, ripening ... Humans bring this intuition to consciousness and mark the calendar with auspicious days.

Winter marks the return of the light to the northern hemisphere, the lengthening of the days, a promise that the storms, cold and darkness of winter will give way once again to the rising light. And in learning to mark these physical facts, we humans have learned to mark spiritual truths. This season celebrates the constancy of the light through dark times for Jewish people; it celebrates the rising star of the East that illuminates the Christ consciousness in each of us for the Christians; it celebrates the connection of African Americans to their ancestors in Africa who gather together to celebrate the first fruits of their harvest; it celebrates a time to exchange gifts in remembrance of the important role we play in each other's life; it celebrates the heartfelt gift that comes to us naturally from "outside" us in the form of Father Winter reminding us of our individual value to the whole.

So, I relax and affirm the gifts of this season, regardless of my personal circumstances at this time. I remember the wholeness, the perfection, the completeness that lies in my heart as it does in the center of all that exists. In truth we are one, and permanent harm befalls no one. The illusion of loss, hurt, pain, aloneness vanishes in the moment we remember the light that burns bright within and without us; as we remember the light that always returns to help us grow into our fruition; as we remember the light that inexorably draws us toward it even through the darkest times. I breathe it in and I breathe it out; the rhythm of life continues; time marches on and I march with it accepting my importance in the oneness of life, the oneness of existence.

I am very grateful for this quiet reflective time today. I am grateful for the opportunity to return here each day throughout the year to enjoy the beautiful truth of my being in the peace and quiet of my own heart. Thank you Light for your strength and power to pull me to you, to guide me through the dark places. I follow you freely and easily and know I am safe.

I release these words into the divine holy scientific law of creation, knowing they are true even as they are formed. And so I let it be, and so it is, now and forevermore.

Law of Attraction -- Face Fear and be Truly Me

I face this fear and walk through it ...

For Me to buckle down and follow the guidance that is hammering Me; that is, for Me to walk my talk and talk my walk and be truly Me.

Sitting here in the morning light, I hear the crows cawing and feel the cool air flowing through the window, and look at the whole sky turn gold as the sun works its way up the hills in the east ... I breathe deeply and imagine my real self working its way to the surface to express itself fully ... I imagine myself being truly me.

How easy it is to ride on the crest of the wave (individuality), supported by all the might of the ocean (creation), which I know is truly possible for each of us when we clearly and cleanly choose this. But what about when, in experience, we feel trapped beneath the surface struggling to get a little air, a little light, a little freedom?

With this question in mind I relax and let go; I sit in the moment and let the thoughts flow. I let go of the question, I let go of judgment, I let go of attachment ... I merge with the ocean and the singular power it represents ... I merge with the creator of all that exists ... I peacefully open my mind and accept the inspiration of the universal intelligence creating all there is ... and because of my peaceful perusal of the situation and the clarity of vision this brings, I know I am studying the undercurrents that support the light and freedom that exist at the surface. I am learning about emotions and simplistic principles chosen long ago that I use to run my life; these are temporal and misleading, but difficult to release. I am learning what truly runs my life and that I can change it. I am learning to use creation's first principle, Order, and to put it to work in creating the life I desire. Order, Abundance, Joy, Happiness, Clarity, and all that I need to Peacefully do my work is with me now and always.

As I speak this I clearly feel the power in me to create the life I am being guided to. I feel the ability within me to relax into the expression of my true gifts and to accept abundant rewards for being fully me. I accept my ability to pick and choose and to order my life as I am guided to do by my intuition, by my connection with the universal intelligence. I take time each day to listen, to speak my word, and to act in accord with the fullest expression of my inborn potential.

I relax into each fear that blocks me from my true expression and use it as a guide to do that which I must do: I face each fear and walk through it and do what I must do to stay on my path to the realization of my full potential. I know that, up until now, fear runs my life -- up until now, I constantly react to different fears. From now on I am my true self, Love runs my life -- now I respond to Love that is universally guiding creation toward the fulfillment of its potential. I constantly move forward motivated by that which warms my heart and moves my emotions to their fullest, most positive expression.

Here and now I consciously and competently choose to be me. The me that is born to be. The me that moves forward not just on the crest of the wave, but as the whole wave, from the depths to the surface, as one unified expression of creation realizing itself; that is me being truly me in my own unique way. No possibility of holding back.

In this endeavor I know I am supported by the one Spirit, the one creative Intelligence that is the original energy of creation and permeates all that exists. I am grateful for this realization within myself and for the strength and courage it gives me to move forward with confidence. I am grateful for the knowledge that this is true for each and everyone when we accept it either consciously or unconsciously.

With this said, I relax and release these words into the flow of creation evolving, knowing in truth all is whole, complete and perfect now and always.

Law of Attraction -- True Calling = Right Work

I accept the direction and guidance of Spirit ...

For You to relax into yourself and find your true calling and move forward from this realization with confidence, clarity, and creativity to claim your right work.

Calmly breathe in ... and then let it go .... Relax into this moment ... Gather up all that is scattered in mind ... and then release it ... Pull thoughts together ... and then let them go into infinite space ... constantly, consistently clear mind of extraneous things ... take all the time needed ...

Now focus awareness on the question: "What is important to me?" ... Relax and allow answers to come into mind ... take all the time needed ...

Then pose a new question: "What special gift do I have to bring to the world?" ... Relax and allow answers to come into mind ... take all the time needed for your answer to be clear ...

"What must change for me to express myself in this way in the world?" ... Relax and allow answers to come into mind ... take all the time needed to be clear and to see your path to follow ...

Now move with the flow and affirm:

"I accept the direction and guidance of Spirit in moving directly and diligently forward on my path through life. I know there is one intelligence, one originating force that is everywhere equally present in the universe and that I am in constant contact with this intelligence, this force. It can be no other way because there is only one ever expanding, ever growing, ever evolving universe in which everything is connected to every other thing regardless of consciousness. For releasing resentments and "stories" so I can move on in the present unencumbered by the past.

Present in this very moment I relax and release all tension in my body ... I breathe deeply and let it go ... I feel the floor push against my feet ... I feel the chair push against my body ... I feel the air push against my lungs ... I feel my muscles expand and contract ... I relax into the constant support behind, below, before all the activity of life ...

Gently breathing I let go of all else but the basics of life ... I retreat to the beginning ... to the source I go naturally, easily, gently ... I let go of all thoughts except of that spark at the beginning of time ... I focus my attention on that tiny glow deep in the center of my being ... I let go of the notion of time and just sit ... here in the beginning ... just the spark ... only the glow ... peace ...

I feel my heart beat, pulsating with life, pushing blood through my body, supporting the life in my body with nutrients, supporting the systems in my body, removing waste ... I am grateful for the singular Intelligence that is everywhere present in this tableau I call my body; I realize Its presence down to the smallest detail and even before that spark and glow that is the beginning of all that exists ... I feel, see, know, that I am so clearly It unfolding, evolving, growing, living that I am elated and joyful ...

I am a model of the universe, containing within this body an infinite number of parts and infinite space ... I am one with the intelligence, power and presence creating and holding it all together ... Taken back to the beginning, stripping life down to its bare essentials, I see how marvelous and complete it is in this moment and in every moment ... YES, I am in charge of this experience . . .

To know, feel and experience the creative power I am and to empower myself to use this creativity to heal myself and others.

I breathe deeply and relax into the oneness of life I feel all around me ... I relax into thoughts of You in my mind as I continue breathing in an easy full manner ... I let go of all thoughts except that we are all one in truth ... I know the healing I accept for myself I also accept for You ... I sense the constant flow of life around me and through me ... I relax deeper into this flow and let it carry me with it ...

These words come easily and naturally to me in this relaxed flowing state. I am one with the primordial flow of life and creation. Everything here works together in unfolding, growing, evolving, becoming, being, expressing that one Intelligence from which all existence springs. Each bit around me is separate but we are all part of this same flow. I resist the temptation to move against the flow and instead relax further into the present moment and become one with the flow of evolution. For You to relax into the flow of Life Divine unfolding before you, around you, through you and accept God's grace as your own as your mother passes from this life.

Where God guides, God provides ...

For You and your Family to relax into that inborn connection with God as life unfolds in unexpected ways; for each one to be nurtured, supported, sustained and empowered through any and all life challenges.

Sitting here in the light of day I breathe easily and naturally. I feel my heart beat. I watch the thoughts as they pass through my mind. I consciously turn these thoughts toward God.

I look out the window at the green growing things swaying in the breeze; I look at my fingers typing on the keyboard and know that there is an Intelligence behind all that exists and that this Intelligence is in me now, creating me. I know this Intelligence is truly in all I see, feel, hear, smell, know and I call this Intelligence God.

I know there is no spot God is not. Now, in this state of consciousness where I acknowledge my oneness with God, I know my thoughts and words cocreate my reality with this natural Intelligence, God. So, I choose my thoughts and words carefully as I call to mind that which I most desire.

I feel the great wonder of this inborn intelligence working with me now to bring forth a new little being, a new conscious expression of the oneness, the perfection, the beauty of this universe.

I am natural and free in the world ...

For your Family to come together as one with Spirit in Strength, Patience, and Understanding as everyone regains physical, mental, emotional and spiritual Balance and Harmony when one member is dealing with anorexia or other disease.

I take this time to relax into this moment, releasing all other thoughts except those of relaxing into this moment. In this moment I sit and breathe regularly and deeply, feeling the movement of my chest and lungs as they contract and expand in a gentle rhythm. In this rhythm I feel the intelligence of the creator as I take this time to notice the complexity of my own body, of my own living. This intelligence that is present in me now and always must be equally present everywhere in the universe. In the simple action of placing my awareness on my breathing, I become aware of my connection with the intelligence creating all that exists.

With this awareness and realization fresh in my mind I release all care and worry into the flow of my breath and let them be diluted in the immensity of universal consciousness. As I continue to sit and breathe, in just this moment, my awareness turns to the creative power that is in me now and always. I am one with the universal creative intelligence; this awakens in me creative power. I can choose what to do with my creative power from an unlimited list of possibilities. I focus on the truth in this thought and ask myself, "What is it I choose to create from this moment on?"

I consciously choose to turn my attention away from the disease and toward health. In this way I bring into experience more resources that support a healthy environment and an atmosphere of healing for each of us. I accept the healing presence and power of Spirit into every aspect of my life and our life.

I choose to create a safe place for me to let go and relax into the present moment. I choose to use my creative power to bring Spirit, Strength, Patience and Understanding into my everyday life. I choose to view my family and my situation with equanimity and bring Balance and Understanding into our lives. I choose to see each one as a divine child of the universe filled with unlimited potential. And I choose to model these ideals for all to see by being me, easily and naturally. I choose to deal with those in my larger community as I do with my family, knowing each and every person that comes into my life is a divine, creative being and that we work together to manifest health in family, community and world.

I find clarity, love and happiness in the process ...

For becoming clear with God's truth for me regarding my relationship paths and the strength to attend to this truth.

Here I am, sitting. I take a deep breath and let it go... Here I am sitting and breathing, watching the thoughts flow through my mind. Consciously I choose to stop the flow of thoughts and focus my awareness on sitting and breathing... I feel the rhythm of breath merging with heart... I move my body and find a comfortable position... My attention is on my body and the life it celebrates... I am a self contained representation of the Universe. Now I am ready to pray:

One power, one presence, one creator of all that exists filling the universe with itself; one evolving, changing, moving Spirit becoming more and more complex and conscious as it moves eternally into infinity. Yes, this is the vision that fills me in this moment as I realize this is true within me and all around me in this moment as I sit here breathing, watching, listening to my life, my self.

I am a singular representation of this oneness that encompasses all life, I am a self-contained expression of the Creator of the universe, co-creating my life with God. I accept this knowledge and choose to consciously use it now to manifest my deepest desire to bring myself forward totally and completely into realization of my full potential. Hands up on the roller coaster of life ... Hallelujah!

For living, experiencing in material ways that perfect success we already truly have as spiritual beings.

Universal Wholeness surrounds us, includes us in the Oneness of existence. There is no place the Infinite Law of Spirit is not; all that exists is connected by this wonderful Intelligence that is creating all that we see, feel, hear and know now.

I feel this knowingness in me right now and feel these words inspired by this knowingness deep in my soul. I know I am one with the Infinite Law of Spirit; that Spirit expresses through me, as me, right in this moment. And as this is true for me I know it is true for you. It can be no other way. Speak these words now, claiming that inborn good we share ... relax and feel deeply this truth ...

With each breath I feel Spirit flowing in and out and all through my consciousness ... I feel Spirit as my heart beat sends nutrients to every part of my body ... I feel Spirit inspiring my mind with wonderful ideas ... I feel Spirit connecting me with all that exists. I am living proof of the miracle of creation and the goodness of life. I sense the truth that I am an integral part of the wondrous puzzle of life. I let all that starlight soak in, filling my very being, because I am a star to all that appears "out there" ... there truly is no separation, only the ability to look out and see into my very own soul ... and to appreciate the creation I am one with ... one wonderful universe where I see myself enjoying the dance of life in whatever way I choose ...

I choose now to release and let go and let Spirit run my life ... With my hands up in celebration as I ride the roller coaster of life I allow myself to experience perfect trust and full pleasure as I go up and down and all around on the path to my ultimate destination ... I release the appearance of control and allow myself to be safely cradled in the love of Spirit always, I am truly safe ...

For safe travel and loving adventures during your trip abroad.

Sitting here in the California sunlight I just look out on my lovely garden and relax into the beauty of its natural expression ... Breathing deeply I harmonize with the gentle breeze ... breathing deeply I sense the many aromas around me ... breathing deeply I feel at home ... breathing deeply I feel safe ... breathing deeply I feel free to be me ...

In this state of mind I know there is one ever present creative power in this world and I call it Nature. I feel it in me right now. I see it all around me right now. I know it is always present, always evolving, always creating newness, always nurturing, always supportive.

And, I know Nature and I are one, always. I know I am a present, evolving human being creating newness and I am nurturing and supportive of all around me. I am never alone, Nature is always here with me, cocreating my experience of life.

In this natural cooperation I know my thoughts, words and deeds have creative input into what I find expressing in the world around me, so, I now consciously and carefully choose these words to place in Nature's care to manifest in my experience.

As I embark on these travels with my love by my side I know Nature is with us always. I know we find Love wherever we are, whoever we are with, for that is the truth at the heart of all that is. I choose to see the truth and attract the truth from all our experiences. I choose for this truth to come easily and freely to us. I choose to allow the Light to shine even in the dark places we may find along the way.

Peace and Love are revealed from and through all we come in contact with as we move from place to place. Our inner Light shines bright, fueled by our recognition of ever present Nature holding us, nurturing us, inspiring us and those we are with. We are safe with Nature as our guide and companion. We relax and are ourselves always.

I appreciate my ability to merge with Nature through my breath at any time. I do this easily and naturally whenever necessary to bring back awareness of my oneness with the creative process. Thank you Nature for always being present in my life. Thank you Nature for expressing so fully in all I see and all I know. I am filled up and overflowing with gratitude.

I gently let it be, and so it is ...

For a difficult circumstance at work I claim full and complete communication, peace, harmony & cooperation; also respect and working together in a functional way. For myself: clarity about what I am to do or not do and that I remember to see the best in everyone and trust that all is well, and I am always in my perfect place.

I look at this circumstance and my intention to remember who I am in truth even in the midst of it. I sit. I breathe. I relax. I direct my attention to my heart as I sit, breathe, relax... With my attention on my heart, on the center of my being, I relax into the love I find here. I relax into the love in me that is one with the love that is universal. Here I find my true self, and relax into it, and through it into universal love and the source of all there is, God.

One source, one life, one love, one creator of all there is, all right here, right now where I am sitting, breathing, relaxing into my intention to experience peace, harmony and cooperation at work as we work together and accomplish our tasks easily, naturally, fully for the highest good of all and the harm of none. I feel this pattern, this divine imprint of perfection that is the truth of this situation and I call it forward into my experience now. I focus on that essence in each of us that is universal and allow communication to revolve around that, first, in my mind and then in my actions, as life and work move on naturally.

I feel very clear about this truth and affirm that I am in the right place and that I am guided from within on what to do and not do. I am able to stop, breathe, look within, and find the guidance I need in each and every situation that arises. I trust my actions in the world to come from this divine connection that I feel in this moment and I support myself and my decisions one hundred percent.

I gracefully move forward with an attitude of gratitude for this connection with God that is so strong in me at this moment, I know and affirm that this connection is always here, within me, and I accept the guidance that flows forth from it. Thank you for this moment of illumination that is always...

With all that has been said, felt, understood and trusted in this prayer today, I release it to the divine law that always says Yes! And I gently let it be, and so it is.

For You to find the silver lining in your present circumstances and cocreate with God a positive, powerful, evolutionary reality for yourself.

Relaxing now I close my eyes and take a deep breath ... I hold it for a second and slowly release it ... again ... again ... as I continue breathing in this pattern, I notice that it mirrors the flow and rhythm of life ...

There is one Life and this is my Life now ... I feel the power and intelligence of the creator in me and all around me right now ... I relax into this powerful, holy presence and let go of all thoughts except my immersion in the creative power of nature ...

I know there is one power, one perfection one source everywhere equally present in the universe. This is what fills my awareness and experience right now. I relax and move with it in consciousness and thought into the center of my being, where I merge with the center of the universe and am truly whole, perfect and complete.

Having recognized my oneness with the creative power, and being totally immersed in this consciousness, I know each thought and each word that I bring forth is creative and causative in the world of effects. I claim clarity of vision to see exactly who I am now and the path that leads me to my highest expression in the world at this time. For You to know the peace, power and presence of Spirit in body, mind and emotion.

Spirit is everywhere equally present in the universe ... Spirit is in the air, the water, the earth, the fire ... Spirit is in you and me and our community ... and our community starts right here and spirals out to include the universe because all is connected, even the sound and the silence ... Spirit crosses all boundaries ... And so do I because I am one with Spirit ...

I feel the power in me now and know I am never separate from Spirit in truth ... I take this truth to heart and speak my word in concert with Spirit, feeling the fullness and creativity of my thoughts and actions ... I take time each day to think upon these things in quiet contemplation ... I take time each day to release all thoughts and sit in humble openness ...

I accept the urging of Spirit through my intuition as I am guided on my path to realization of my potential. To relax into the truth within and accept the harmony and peace in mind and body that flows natural and free there to solve any problem.

Breathing evenly and easily I relax into this moment ... I hold this problem in mind and look at it; I look at it from many angles, because it is multifaceted ... Being totally aware of the complexity of this issue, I breathe deeply and let it go ... I just let go of it and turn my attention to my heart ... to the center of my being. Here I relax and wait ... I watch my breath and listen to the beating of my heart ... I instantly release every thought that arises ... In my heart feelings are primary ...

I feel the presence of life in me; not just my life but how I am connected to all life everywhere. I feel how this connects me to the creator and the creation of this living universe. I feel my breath flowing in and out of my body and I feel the universal nature of this movement of taking in and letting go as I know all parts of the universe exchange atoms and molecules constantly in the process of evolution. I feel the presence of harmony and peace in this process ...

I relax into this vision, into this realization, into this movement of life from beginning to end. I open my eyes and look around me. I see the sunlight, the trees, the wind moving through the leaves, the window, the walls, the chair, the floor. I see creation wherever I look and I know there is intelligence present in all I see. I relax into this intelligence in me and know I am safe and secure. I look at the people in my life and sense the presence of the creator in them and hold them in this high vision. I relax into the knowledge that we are one in truth and affirm the transformation of any thoughts to the contrary.

I know all things are possible with the creator of life and that right here and now we are all one with the creator of life. Being one with the original intelligence of the universe I affirm a peaceful, harmonious and happy life for myself, my family and my community. I accept myself as whole, perfect and complete in mind and body. I know and accept this as the truth before any perceived conditions and this is where I reside, as one with the love of the creator.

Settling into this gentle rhythm ... I allow the words to come easily and naturally ...

There is one power, one presence, one creative force in this universe; I feel it in me now, I see it all around me now. The intelligence behind the breath, the force behind the sunlight, the source of consciousness is that which we call by many names: God, Great Spirit, the Thing Itself, Allah, Jehovah, Nature ...

I take this time now to tune into this Intelligence as it manifests in me, as me now. I know I am one with this Source now and always, and that my life flows forward with It as its guide. One power, one presence, one Creator of all existence is present in this moment. I feel the power in the beating of my heart... I feel the presence in the inspiration and exhalation of my breath... I accept the truth that Creator and I are one, we are united now and always, it can be no other way because all existence is the expression of Creator. In this moment of unification with Creator I claim that inborn ability to create as Creator does, being one with Creator in truth. So, I speak my word from this place of deep connection with the creative power and presence that fills me and all around me. In truth we are one.

I accept the truth of my prosperity now! I release and let go of all that blocks me from complete, total, unconditional acceptance of my prosperity. I move easily through the world of finances learning as I go. I face any and all apparent obstacles with calm equanimity and am able to move through and beyond them; I avail myself of whatever assistance I need to help understand and move through this time in my life. I listen to Creator within me for guidance and support and accept this inner knowing easily and completely. For taking action in the outer world based on the inspiration I receive from the inner world.

I relax into this moment with a sigh ... I let go of the outer busyness and relax into the internal calm ... I find a place in my thought where all is quiet ... all is peaceful ... and I relax into this feeling ... and go deeper into the mystery of life ...

Here in the center of my being I am aware of presence ... presence of love ... presence of power ... presence of wisdom ... I listen, I feel, I see ... here I am aware there is power greater than myself alone ... I sense the immensity of life and my place in it ... I am a creative center of consciousness contributing to the harmony of the whole!

There is not a spot my thought is not. I am one with the intelligence creating the universe and the Intelligence is one with me. It can be no other way; creator, creating and created are one in truth. So, by the power vested in each of us through the creative process I hereby declare and assert my thoughts and words are creative and causative in the world. I am inspired by the vision of the whole and my part in it and furthermore I act on my inspiration fearlessly in the world knowing, trusting and in faith believing my actions bring good to the world and further the evolutionary growth of consciousness. I accept my place in the flow of abundance that is the universe; I open myself to receive and pass-on abundant financial, emotional and spiritual support through my thoughts, words and actions in this world now.

I am guided naturally and easily by the creative Intelligence within me. As I listen to and follow this guidance, I find all aspects of my life come into alignment with all that is good in Life. For clear path and success for a couple.

Sitting. Breathing. Thinking. Thinking of that which I desire to bring into our life. I watch the thoughts flow and just let them go as I continue breathing... Each breath full and complete in itself... Each breath connected one to another... Each breath pulling me into myself easily and gently... Gently I move into that feeling within where I am one with the Creative Intelligence from which the universe comes... Here, within myself, I connect with the one power creating all there is... Now I relax and pray.

One power, one presence, one love filling all the universe with Itself. One omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent evolving life force moving out from beginning to end carrying all there is with it into now, manifesting itself as you, as me.

Here, I am feeling my constant connection with the Creative Intelligence and I relax into this connection realizing I am cocreating my life by using this Intelligence as it manifests in me. I consciously choose to use this Intelligence within me to bring into my life all I need to move along my spiritual path to the realization of that potential I bring with me to this life, to this moment.

I have a gift to share and I choose to share it fully and completely now and open myself to receive all that I need to succeed. Together, with my partner, I move forward with Creative Intelligence within me as our guide. I claim and affirm a constant connection with this guidance, an open ear and open heart to hear and accept the direction that comes to us through intuition, and the ability and strength to act. We move toward our goals consistently and purposively, keeping an eye on the big picture even while we deal with what is in front of us. The time we take in meditation and prayer each day centers us on our path and makes the way clear.

Thank you Spirit for being with us now and always; I appreciate this time and all time spent here in communion with you. I know you are as close as my breath and I use my breath to guide me to you when I feel the need for support and guidance; I am so grateful to be aware of this connection.

I accept this Life filled with gratitude -- Yes!

For those facing death to know the strength of Spirit is with them as Life unfolds naturally.

Now I sit down and take a moment to breathe consciously, deeply, fully ... and feel that connection I have, through the air, with all there is. Yes! I know this air I breathe has circled the earth; I know that this air I breathe nourishes me, energizes me just as it does people, plants and animals everywhere on this planet. I breathe fully again and again and I feel good! ...

I cherish this moment for it is filled with Life; it is filled with the One Life of Spirit that is equally present everywhere in creation. In this moment I relax into the infinite, immortal flow of Spirit and know and feel and accept my Oneness with all creation, through the action of Spirit as me, in this moment -- Yes!

I am strengthen by this connection because I know it is the Truth. I release any contrary ideas or beliefs I may have hidden in my self over the years and accept this simple, eternal first Truth: "I and the Creator are One." I am blessed with Life on Earth for this moment and I truly cherish it and bless it -- Yes!

I find strength in my years and in my Joy and in my family. I face this day and every day counting the blessings I see all around me. I accept the perfection I am in this world and the role I play with great appreciation. I turn to Spirit to guide me, to nurture me, to comfort me when pain intrudes on my perception of perfection -- Yes!

I Love and am Loved -- there can be no greater gift! I accept this Life filled with gratitude; thankful, I accept Spirit's strength expressing through me, as me -- Yes!

I accept a Peaceful World filled with Love...

To bring Peace to the Middle East.

Yes, here I sit, feeling hopeless about the situation in the Middle East. Man's inhumanity to man seems to know no bounds. As I sit feelings of compassion arise in me. What can I do to bring Peace to this situation?

I sit still in this moment and look out the window at the grass, the cat, the ducks, the blooming red bud tree, the slight movement caused by the breeze and I feel the essence of nature present here now. I breathe regularly and easily as I wonder about the essence of nature...

The essence of nature is at the heart of all that exists. The essence of nature holds all together in oneness because it is the creative process that brings all there is into existence. This essence is the same in me as it is in all people. It is the same essence present in the people of the Middle East right now. I relax into this essence and feel at one with the people of the Middle East.

I know this essence is creative in this moment and every moment. In this deep feeling space I turn my attention to the creation of Peace; peace within myself first and then allowing it to spiral out bringing peace to the heart of all those people I am joined with in the Middle East. I know this feeling of peace spreads easily and naturally filling all with a deep yearning for peace; a deep yearning that brings forth action to support its immediate experience in the world.

I take this time to create an environment of peace in my mind and to cultivate this attitude throughout this day and each day. I accept my ability to hold the high watch for peace in the world, by finding this peaceful essence within me whenever I relax and bring it to mind. I share this feeling with all the leaders of the world, sending them seeds of peace. I know these seeds grow and affect their daily decisions that impact the world.

I accept a peaceful world filled with that love that is everyone's birthright. I accept that this peaceful world begins with me. I am grateful for this connection I feel with the essence of nature. I know I am not alone in my desire for a world of peace and I add my voice to all others that speak out for peace.

Now while the feeling is hot and present in mind, I release it to the creative process knowing that Peace is manifest in the world now. So it is and so I let it be.

Centered now in the fundamentals of life I open myself to grow from this point onward; I open myself to receive ideas and direction on where to go from here. Inspiration ... expiration ... As I continue breathing I imagine the universe breathing with me ... I feel there is one breath everywhere equally present in the universe ... inspiration ... expiration ... creation ... dissolution ... I feel my oneness with this power and relax into it and I feel no separation from it. I know I am one with the power creating the universe and that I am always using this power, everyday, in all that I do.

I consciously choose here and now to release thoughts of the past and of the future and to live in this present moment for I know that all exists right here, right now. I release and let go of the burdens of the past and of the future and move lightly in the present.

I accept my role in using the power of the universe to move my consciousness toward the ultimate goal of realizing itself completely and totally as one integrated whole working in absolute harmony. I accept responsibility for fulfilling my role completely by staying in tune with my inner melody; that is by balancing actions in my outer life with guidance I receive from my inner connection with the universal power.

I know that life is good and that I am an active cocreator of this goodness. I relax into this truth and accept my role the way it is. And I act from this firm base and feel supported and guided by it. I hold the intention and commitment to follow through on everything I am inspired to do. I accept my success in the present tense and release these words and thoughts into the law of creation and in faith believing go about my business.

I am relaxed and whole, I am one with God ...

For You and the newborn child you love that is facing a physical challenge to know the loving touch of Universal Mind as life unfolds naturally, completely and perfectly.

Take a deep breath and relax into this moment ... Feel the rhythm of your heart in syncopation with your breath ... Watch the thoughts flit through your mind like meteors through the night ... Now just let all this go into the background ... And affirm:

There is one God, one Creator of all that exists; this power, this intelligence, this source of all that exists is everywhere equally present in the universe, in the world, in this community, in you, in me and in Baby. There is no place this presence is not actively present. I take this moment in time to merge my awareness and my intention with this powerful presence and speak my word consciously as one with the voice of the Creator.

I know the goodness that is the source of everything and everyone and I bring this goodness into this situation knowing that Baby is a perfect gift, a perfect expression of the beauty of God. I know Baby is here with us to shine their special light and share that presence with us in ways we cannot know or predict, but in this moment I open my heart and mind and accept them as the perfect expression of life that Baby is. I know any perceived problems or dysfunctions touch not the truth of Baby's being which is perfect. I hold in mind the perfection that Baby truly is and let it come to manifestation in God's own time which is now.

I relax further into this moment and know I am one with the power and presence of God; I know I need do nothing special except relax into the warmth of God's love and cradle Baby there with me in mind where we are all one. In this loving atmosphere I open and accept the healing warmth of God's love for Baby and myself. In the beauty of this moment I am relaxed and whole and I let this moment spread out into eternity ... and just let it be.

I affirm this spiritual presence I call God is also with my family and the medical and spiritual practitioners that hold Baby in mind; I know each and every one acts on the inspiration that comes to them to help Baby adjust to life on earth. We are one mind, one community, one manifestation of love and wholeness. I accept this knowledge, this feeling, this gift and let it be.

Gratitude for the Love I feel in and all around me grows in my heart and radiates out to infinity. Thank you each and every one for joining me in Oneness supporting Baby; thank you God for the power and presence I feel here, now.

I take these words and release them to Universal Mind where they are already true and manifest and let them be; and allow life to unfold naturally.

For You to feel the support of the Mother of us all and to relax into her cradling arms and release all resistance into the infinite compassion of Mother's love ...

I am one with the infinite Mother, I am one with Love ... I relax into these words and the melody that goes with them ... I know I am contained in an infinite womb of creation and caring and nurturing ... for I am born of woman and in infinite space I live ... as I know this is true of me, I know and affirm it is true for everyone and most especially You ...

I know there is one power, one Spirit everywhere equally present in this space, enlivening and activating all that exists to be just what it is ... the effect of Father time is everywhere, unfolding eternal creation within infinite space ... I feel this Spirit in me now and know and affirm It is present in everything else, most especially You ...

I know life, existence, space and time are not static or stationary in any way ... We exist in an evolving universe and change is the only constant ... I know this is true as I sit here now for me ... and I know and affirm it is true for everything in space and time ... most especially You ...

I know that beneath all the dark mysteries in life there is light ... the ground of our being is light, that spark that first enlivens movement in infinite space is light ... in whatever darkness that assails my body ... in whatever darkness that clouds my mind ... I know the light is burning away at it, to dissolve and dissipate it as the sun evaporates the fog on a summer morning ... I place my awareness in my heart, the home of the Sun within me ... I open this window to the universal light, the ever present Father to warm me, cradled in Mother's arms ... I feel the warmth of the Father coming to me through my heart and the heart of Mother ... I am one with the infinite, eternal goodness of existence ... I am one with the wholeness, completeness, perfectness of the whole ... I release all that is artificial and illusory into the allness and accept myself as whole, complete and perfect ... now and forevermore ... Thank you Spirit within for bringing these words and feelings and knowings to me now in my time of need ... I accept your warmth, your compassion, your power into my life and body now and am washed clean ... To rev up Your spiritual power and move you forward quickly and easily through all apparent obstacles to realize true happiness.

Relaxing into the sounds of a new day I breathe deeply and let it go ... I take this time to embrace the oneness I feel with all around me ... I close my eyes and feel the warmth of my blood moving through my body ... Here in my inner sanctuary I am safe ... I feel the wholeness of my body and mind and spirit ... I relax further into this warmth ... I breathe deeply and let it go ... go deeper into the center of my being ... Here I am one with the creative power of the universe and I relax ...

Affirm with me these things: there is one power, one presence and one Spirit everywhere equally present. I contact this presence through my center, through my heart. Here in the center of my being I know I am an expression of the oneness, of the power, presence and passion of Spirit and I own it and hold it here in my heart, now and always. In truth it can be no other way.

Holding strong to my faith I consciously choose to speak my word knowing the full weight and strength of the power, presence and passion of Spirit is in my words and in truth cannot be denied.

I take this time to think on who I am in truth ... I see a light- filled being overflowing with love ... Love of Life, Love of nature, Love for my fellow beings, human and otherwise ... I feel an overwhelming sense of compassion coming from this light-filled being that is me in truth ... I relax into this vision and merge with it and look out at a beautiful world and know that it is a reflection of what is in me as I stand in the truth of my being ... In this moment I am peaceful and a sense of joy rises in me ... here I can relax and just be me ... Yes!

I say Yes! to who I am in Truth ... I say Yes! to the Power in me ... I say Yes! to the Light in me ... I say Yes! to the Beauty in me ... I say Yes! to the Love in me ... I say Yes! to the Joy in me ... I say Yes! to the Peace in me ... I say Yes! to the Life in me ... I stand tall and strong, proud of who I am now and always ...

I bring only good to the world around me. I open myself to accept only good from the world around me. I acknowledge the darkness and negativity that appears in the world as something to deal with. I turn to it and shower it with Love and Light and move into it and through it with Power and Grace because I know who I am in Truth and I am able to express Joy and Peace in the face of negativity's whimpering blasts for I stand tall and strong in the knowledge of who I am and the good I bring to the world around me.

I love life and the feeling of strength and power in me now. I gratefully embrace this feeling and hold it in my heart now and forever. Thank you Spirit within for illuminating me in this moment of need; I will never forget you, I will never forsake you. I know we are one now and forever and I return here to affirm this feeling of strength and power in me each day.

I am grateful for the sanctuary within ...

For You to know the patience and strength of the one Spirit always in life as Life unfolds in its sometimes challenging ways.

Sitting in the morning silence, I listen. I listen to the crows call and the cars drive by; I listen to the sounds of my breathing and the sounds of my heart beating. I sit and I listen in silence for the inspiration of Spirit within me. I listen.

There is one Spirit, one Life, one Power everywhere equally present in this universe, in this world, in this community, in this house, in this body. This indescribable Power is creating all we see and know in this universe right now. I release myself into this power and know I am safe. I release myself so that I am one with the evolutionary flow of Life and now consciously assume my rightful role as an integral part of the unfolding wholeness, perfectness and completeness of the universe. In truth it can be no other way.

I accept this as I look out and see a new day beginning and look within and see a new way opening. I am able to relax into the completeness of this moment outside and inside. There is nothing I need to change as I accept this moment in all its perfection. Yes, I am one with the creative power of the universe; yes, I am able to patiently watch the world flow around me; yes, I am able to listen and respond in positive, constructive, empowering ways; and, yes, the world reflects back to me the truth I hold inside. I know the goodness I am and that I express in the world.

I relax into this moment, this eternal moment and am thankful for the Power I feel right now. I am a strong, able manifestation of Spirit here on earth for a purpose and a reason and I relax into this truth. Grateful for the peace I feel in this moment, I consciously accept it as the truth my being is grounded on and I return here, to this feeling, to this place within, whenever I feel challenged by events in the outside world.

I am grateful for the sanctuary within and the one Spirit that nurtures me here. Thank you.

To open to God and be present in full connection with Spirit and pray effectively from an open heart.

Silently I sit and turn my thoughts away from the outer world and look within to the infinite world of Spirit. I breathe deeply and let it go, again and again ... each time moving my awareness closer to God ... As the material world melts away, I feel tension and anxiety go with it ... I move into a warm, nurturing, secure place ... Here I rest, breathing regularly and fully ... Here I wait for signs of God, for the inspiration of Spirit ... I am one with the Presence of God; I know it; I feel it ... I continue breathing and I feel my mind opening in harmony with the one Mind ... I feel my heart expanding into this presence filling the space around me with unconditional love for the creator of all that exists ... I am one with the beauty of this life, of all existence ... I feel so natural and pure ...

The inspiration to speak my word in harmony with the flow of Creation fills my body ... In this moment, each thought, each action has as its purpose the evolution of creation into its potential ... Filled with this feeling, all that I claim is for the highest good of all concerned and the liberation of consciousness on this planet ...

I acknowledge and accept the creative power within me ...

For You to find the perfect employment now where your creativity is prized and your satisfaction is complete and each day is filled with joy.

I relax into this moment ... and I hear opera in my mind ... and imagine all the ethos and pathos going on between the characters on a vast stage ... the libretto rings out in a language I don't understand but know what it means by the actions, the phrasing and the overall feeling ... so much emotion, so much passion, freedom of expression ... how this rings in my soul ... I relax further into my center and let those images go ... I open my heart and enter into a sanctuary, my sanctuary, a place of peace and stillness ... here I listen to the silence ...

Here in the center of my being, this still, silent spot where I touch nothing, I rest. I know here in the silence, the nothingness, I am merged with the source of the universe, the source of all, my source. I silently affirm the oneness of all that exists, the one creator and the one created and I know I am never alone, never disconnected, never without guidance here in the center of my being ...

There is one Spirit everywhere present holding all existence, all life together in a bond of Love. I give myself over to this ever present force and power and relax into its evolutionary flow. I accept my power to choose that which I find in my life; I accept my power to speak my word clearly and in faith believing and have my highest good manifest in the world around me. I acknowledge and accept the creative power within me and consciously choose to use it in this prayer now.

I begin this day and each day here in the center of my being and I move out into the world confident my action in the world is inspired from my connection to the creator of the universe within me; confident I am naturally and easily drawn to the people and places where my unique gifts and talents are most needed and accepted; confident that what I hold in mind as my ideal is divinely inspired and confident that I am gently carried along in the flow of evolution experiencing only that which leads to my highest good.

I accept my role in this vast drama and also accept the lavish rewards that flow generously to me as acknowledgment, satisfaction, money, and more. I am so pleased and grateful to find myself in this situation where I can give so fully and freely of myself and experience so much joy and happiness. Thank you Love divine.

I move forward with hosannas and hurrahs ... Yes!

For You to know Spirit is constantly and consistently at work in your life, your loved one's life and the lives of all connected with you as once again the wheel turns and change is at hand.

Life, in all its wonder, unfolds at a maddening pace as we get caught up in the act of living. So, for this time, I choose to sit quietly and watch my breath ... letting go of all else in the world and in my mind ... I allow the peaceful presence of Spirit to come fully into my awareness ... How easy it is to relax my shoulders as my breath lifts my chest ... how easy it is to feel gravity holding me in my place ... how easy it is to accept that powerful presence of Oneness as I allow even these words to flow through me, holding on to nothing.

How nice a thought: Nothing, Zero, Oneness. Oneness with all around me, with all Creation ... Peace ... Stillness ... Now, I watch this void fill with the Power of Spirit expressing itself in myriad forms. I know that all existence is Spirit expressing itself and this is what I sense in this quiet moment ... I am a witness to my Life unfolding and it is truly beautiful ... And I clearly see how each person I know plays a significant role in my life ... Everywhere I look I see Spirit ... I feel Spirit at work in this arena I experience as my life ... This is good, very good!

As each of my old worries attempts to intrude on this picture I just say OK! Go for it! And watch them disappear into Spirit's waiting arms, never to be seen again as debilitating distractions. I accept the power of Spirit working through me to guide me to the expression of my true purpose now. I am grateful for the clarity and courage I feel spontaneously expressing as me now.

I move forward with hosannas and hurrahs for I know all is well with me and my world. Spirit makes it so. And so it is.

Flowers grow ... Stars glow ... I flow ...

For You to release that which doesn't serve you now and to accept the courage and strength to be yourself and accept all the good you desire into your life.

Peacefully I pause and take a deep breath ... and let it go ... I continue doing this ... and each time I imagine Love coming in and Love going out, washing away all that is unlike Love ... in this way all the negativity that I am holding is being cleaned out ...

Now I turn my attention inward knowing I am filled with all the Love I can accept ... and then I let go of even that thought as I just watch my breath ... and go deep into the center of my being ...

Here I recognize the intelligence creating me is everywhere equally present in the entire universe; I recognize that the earth, the stars, the whole universe is being created by the same energy and information that is creating me right now and I release my thought into this flow ...

Yes, I am one with the constant flow of creation; I am like the flower growing in the field and the tree growing in the forest and the star growing in the cosmos ... we are all filled with the same creative energy ... I am one with all that exists! ...

I let go and relax further into the center of my being and see myself sitting here as a center in all this creative energy ... I see myself as contributing my uniqueness to this universal flow ... I see myself as a dynamic center with all the universe flowing around me ... I feel the creativity flowing from me! ... as well as from infinite other centers ... and I hear all this coming together as a great cosmic symphony! ...

In this moment I accept my contribution as equally powerful and creative as any other contribution and I raise my voice and claim that exact good I desire for my life now:

I feel peace, acceptance, joy and hope. I accept my perfect body and health as my experience now. I release my past and move forward from this moment on. I approach any and all apparent obstacles to my health and happiness with strength and courage knowing they cannot stop or slow my forward momentum because I am one with the evolutionary flow of Life. I accept myself and my "blossoming" in the world as natural, right and good!

Yes! I feel good and grateful for the energy of evolution in me now. Thank you Life for revealing the fullness of creation to me/as me in this eternally evolving present moment! For You to find peace of mind and acceptance of yourself just as you are and just as you are becoming, which is, healed of ailments and physically fit.

I sit silently on this morning and relax into the sound of silence ... The sound of silence, the sound of God speaking through me as I allow my thoughts and awareness to focus on the one power, the one presence, the one creator of all that exists. Focused on the center of existence, on the center of life, I am able to relax and let go of the physical circumstances of my life and enter the flow of universal life.

I speak these words in the first person, I speak them with You in mind, because we are one in universal Mind. Surrounded by divine perfection I release and let go of all that holds me to my physical discomfort and absorb the power of Spirit. I allow Spirit to wash over me and through me aligning all the atoms in my body with my highest good. I relax and enjoy this feeling thoroughly and completely. ...

Ah, ... sweet Spirit ... I accept your presents of love, acceptance and change ... I love myself as I love you ... I accept myself just as I am and just as I am becoming ... I coexist in harmony with all creation ...

To rise above the clouds of doubt into the clarity of Nature's Love.

Taking a moment to sit in silence ... I close my eyes and relax with a deep breath ... I allow the thoughts to flow smoothly through my mind as I watch ... I move my attention away from my thoughts toward my heart ... what am I feeling? ... I feel a connection to something deeper, wider, further than myself ... I let go and am swept away into the oneness of existence ... I am one with the creative flow of the universe ... In this moment I feel no boundaries between my self and everything else; I coexist in harmony with all creation; I sense the power I feel in me is in everything else in existence: the desk, the chair, the floor, the wind, the sun, the sky, the cars driving by and my loved ones at my side. All is equal in my expanded view of life and existence.

I relax into this moment and affirm the oneness of life. In all this immensity there is one natural power and intelligence that evolves us from the seed into our potential. As this is true for a flower it is true for the universe, and so it is true of me as an individual person. I am so pleased with the simplicity and clarity of this truth that I laugh with joy at the beauty of it all. And speak my word claiming for myself exactly what I feel in me right now.

I am one with the universe. I am one with Love. I feel my power, my clarity, my harmony with the evolution of life into that unlimited potential that surrounds me and fills me always. I let go and let Love carry me forward into this great unknown. I accept the happiness I feel in this moment as I am swept up and carried along by Love. I say thank you Nature for your mysterious ways; thank you for embracing me, moving through me, guiding me, lighting my way, supporting me when I stumble, catching me when I fall; thank you for lifting me up and soaring with me through heaven; thank you for my personal realization and accomplishments; thank you Nature for always being with me whether I notice you or not.

It is Truth I choose to experience beyond any illusions!

For You to know the healing power of the Holy Spirit within, always, so you bring Love, Peace and Light wherever you are and reveal its presence in those you meet.

Sitting calm and peaceful I allow my thoughts to gather in my Heart and merge with the thought of Spirit that always resides here. In this moment I let go of any thought of separation and know I am one with the Holy Spirit. One wonderful power, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. Wow! I feel this universal energy active in me as me as I realize there is one Creator and I am an active part of creation. In this quiet moment I allow my mind, my awareness to expand to include this truth. I and Thou are One.

Speaking clearly now I know You are one with me and we are one with the Holy Spirit. These words flow in the first person because we are One:

Joyfully I choose the words that express my feelings in this moment knowing I am stating the Truth and that it is the Truth I choose to experience beyond any illusions that may appear along my path.

Easily, naturally, gently, Joy, Beauty, Compassion, Wisdom flow to me and through me as ideas, words and actions that blend with those people around me to create a sacred space recognized as Home to all in this Presence. My thoughts reach far beyond my body bringing Spirit with them. I know beyond all doubt there is no spot Spirit is not.

I breathe deeply and relax; I allow tension to transform into relaxation ... I allow doubt to transform into faith ... I allow negative thoughts to transform into affirmations. I know the power of Spirit is with me always, guiding me as I relax wholly into the moment and allow the Truth to manifest as me, through me, around me. I choose Love in place of hurt ... I choose Peace in place of anxiousness ... I choose Light in place of ignorance.

Grateful for the power of the Holy Spirit I see, feel, hear in these words, I breathe deeply and allow them to permeate this body and know I am a Spiritual Being in a Human Body and I experience this as Good. I accept this wonderful gift wholeheartedly and enthusiastically proclaim it wherever I am by being It always.

Thank you Spirit for this guidance and this courage welling up and flowing over so naturally as Me! I now release these words to the flow of Creation knowing, feeling their Truth and just let it be.

I have Love and Love is contagious!

For You to know the fullness of God's Love in your life and to reap the harvest of happiness flowing from this Love.

I sit in the warm afternoon with eyes shut allowing the thoughts to flow out thru my fingertips. I know Spirit is here with me because there is no spot Spirit is not. As this is true for me right now I know this is true for everyone because we are one in Spirit.

Relaxing into this moment I let all my thoughts go and listen, listen carefully and attentively for Spirit's guidance; I feel my heart open and I feel Spirit's love flow out into my present; and I feel my present extend to incorporate the past and the future; all time is now; I am the center of a rapidly evolving universe and I feel Good riding this wave of Love. I breathe deeply again and again and let this wave carry me as I release all thoughts of anything except God's Love and how moved I am in this moment. Yes!

I have It and It is contagious. I feel so much Love in this moment I can't contain it, I let it go and it reaches out and touches everything and everyone around me. Everywhere I look I see love! I see Love in my family, in the grocer, in the postal person and in each person that crosses my path. I am one with Spirit and Spirit is one with me; I am so blessed and filled with Life, Love, Peace and Joy that I am Happy!

Thank you Spirit for this magical moment. I allow it to extend backwards and forwards in time and space. Love is all there is and I am grateful. I accept this vision with great gratitude now and always.

With firmness and conviction I let these words go into the universal flow of love knowing they are already true and am content to let them be and to let Love be. As I feel, see and speak, so it is.

I feel peaceful, calm and self-assured ...

For You to feel the limitless strength of Spirit, including inspiration, faith and willingness to move forward, and use the flow of that strength through you.

I am one with the infinite Spirit. I breathe this truth in ... and I breathe it out; It is always with me and It is always true. Relaxing into this truth, into this rhythm of life. I let go of all thoughts except the thought of Spirit. Spirit in me, Spirit everywhere equally present. In this whole universe there is no place Spirit, the energy of creation, is not present right now. This is the allness, the wholeness, the perfection of life. Wow ... Yes! ... I take it in ... I let it flow ... I let it go ...

In the center of my being, in my heart where I, the individual, am connected with Spirit, the wholeness, I relax and feel the truth in me, as me, ever flowing, ever growing. I know I am one with the omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Spirit of Life, and I know that the strength that is creating the universe is in me right now, creating me. I consciously turn my attention to this truth, and relax into its security and promise.

Here, in my heart and the heart of the universe, I breathe deeply and go deeper into the oneness. I claim and accept the strength I find here as mine to use for my growth and evolution and for the growth and evolution of those around me. I know, feel and act with this strength as inspiration, faith, and a willingness to move forward. I take all the time I need to relax into this moment and feel my connection with Spirit.

I feel peaceful, calm and self-assured here and I know and affirm that I always return here instantly when I need guidance and that I always find it. I open my mind and heart to accept the urging of my intuition, for I know that it comes from this center, my center, I am now experiencing. My intuition is always right; every decision I make in harmony with my intuition is right. I accept this truth and move out into the world bold and confident of the goodness I bring to it.

Thank you Spirit for the gift of creativity and strength I feel in me right now. I know and accept that this power is always with me and joy, peace and beauty, too. Life is Good, life is full. I accept it. I bless it.

I carry my experience of goodness with me ...

For healing, that is, a shift, a change from present apparent conditions to a new perception/experience that is closer to the true perfection that life is.

I relax into this present moment. I let go of all extraneous thoughts and focus in on my heart -- the center of my being. The center of my being where the individual I touches the universal I AM. I breathe in deeply and let it go and let my little mind go with it ... again ... and again, until I am truly centered in my heart. Here I merge with the heart of the Creator and open to my big mind which is one with all that exists. I sense in this moment there is truly only one heart, one center, one mind and as I merge my thought and awareness into this point in me I am one with this point in everyone -- this is the heart of the Creator -- and the heart of everyone! I relax into the flow ...

Here, I am touched by many thoughts from many different people I know; I bless them and let them go, for now I am single-minded in my quest to get to the root cause of the present conditions in my life which call out for healing. I patiently breathe in fully and let it go ... as my stillness deepens and my thought goes deeper into this moment, deeper into the fullness that is at the heart of the universe I am able to see clearly how life works ...

I know I am one with the infinite and with every other one that exists; we are one together; I know that life is good and is filled with unlimited potential for every one to experience this goodness to the fullest; I know there is one power in the universe creating all I see and experience; I know I am using this power to create all I perceive and experience; I know the possibilities of this power are unlimited and that it is my choice what it is I co-create with it. Breathing in fully and then letting it go ... I settle into my chair and allow my thought to go deeper into this present moment; deeper into the center of the universe.

Here I open to receive healing as prosperity, peace of mind, harmonious relationships, physical perfection, perfect right expression, confidence, courage and spontaneous right action from the heart. Law of Attraction -- Release Resentment

I am centered in the presence of God within me ...

To move through and beyond the resentment I feel in my current employment.

Soulfully I sit and think on this feeling of profound resentment I feel. Why do I accept so much? Why am I pushed so hard? What is in this for me? What is the payoff for codependence?

Soulfully I sit and turn my thoughts to God. I know there is an intelligence present at the beginning of time and space. I know this intelligence is present in me right now. I know this intelligence is present in each and every person I work with. This very same intelligence is present in each and every person I serve and that serves me. I accept this and speak my word consciously using this intelligence to move me beyond my resentment.

I know in truth that the universe is one conscious entity and that I am a whole, complete and perfect holographic piece of the universal person. I know this is true for me and each other person. In this holy moment I sense the larger force at work through me and those I work with. I release my attachment to the moment and enter the flow of time and space creating the ever changing present. As I move with this in mind now, I see the present expanding to cover more and more time and space ...

I see the ungoingness of the project we are working on and its importance in this larger picture. I see the individual squabbles and egos as meaningless specks and hot flashes that pass quickly and fade into the background. I see myself moving through this scene solid and steady. I use my anger to move me efficiently through my work and to actively claim my independence and freedom at the perfect time and place. I feel the wisdom and knowledge I am gaining from this experience and my willingness to suspend acting on my judgements and to observe instead. I smile when I am pissed; I say I'm fine when I don't know; and I stay and cooperate when I want to run and scream. In this way I go beyond resistance into acceptance and beyond resentment into understanding. I am centered in the presence of God within me and am not swayed by any external appearance or circumstance.

I am thankful, oh so thankful, for the presence of the intelligence I call God in my life now. I know and accept that I am guided to manifest my greatest good now and always. I hold steady, moving into the vision of goodness this treatment brings me.

Grateful to the core I release these words to the creative process and universal intelligence and let the present unfold naturally, in all its goodness, now and forevermore.

Law of Attraction -- Perfect New Home

I draw it to me in experience ...

For You and your family to relax and know the perfect house is waiting for you all to show up on the front porch and "be home".

As I look out the window on this day, I see the perfection of nature. The sky, the sun, the breeze, the flowers and trees ... all is in perfect right order.

I breathe in deep and smooth, hold it for a second, and let it go-o-o-o-o-o ... a couple of more times ... and my mind focuses its attention on the process of life that I am. Perfect right order is what I find here in my body and mind.

In this perfection I know there is an intelligence that is larger than I am. It is so large it covers the whole universe and beyond. All that exists and does not exist is part of this intelligence. It creates the particles that make up atoms and galaxies and galaxies of galaxies and it creates me and my family. Each and everyone is a part of this wholeness, this perfection that is the intelligence, power and substance of the universe. I see this, I feel this, I accept this for myself right now. In this acceptance I take responsibility for cocreating my life with this intelligence. In this conscious partnership I know there is power to manifest exactly what I need to prosper and grow in comfort and harmony.

The words I speak, the thoughts I think, the attitudes I adopt all combine to create what it is that I have in this world. So I consciously turn my thought toward the perfect living situation for me and my family. I carefully go over each quality that is important to us without thinking of a specific place, thinking only of the qualities that these particular places bring to mind, knowing that there are many ways to meet our goals and that we want to manifest the very best one, now.

I allow my feelings to draw to us the definite perfect place for us. I know I am in contact with the decision makers and all involved in the successful pursuit and closing of this deal in the oneness behind all that exists and that we are in perfect harmony with all arrangements and conditions. There is a spiritual side to everything in life and this is where I choose to close the perfect deal in imagination so that I draw it to me in experience.

I relax and am grateful for the power that works so natural and easy through me now that I am centered in myself and the truth I find in my heart. As I look at each member of my family and those we are dealing with I see this same truth in each and every heart. We work together as a team. Thank you.

I release these words to the Law of Mind knowing our perfect home is manifest and waiting for us now.

I claim my right to be happy!

The purpose of this prayer is to help open You to a life that is easy, abundant, filled with love, while revealing the best way to contribute your special gift to the world.

I breathe in, I breathe out... I consciously relax my body as I do this... I consciously allow my mind to relax into this gentle rhythm of breath... My body relaxes... My mind relaxes...

I relax into the arms of the loving creator. I feel the creator all around me and know I am safe. I feel this intelligence in my body and see it in all around me. Everywhere I look I see this creative intelligence at work holding everything in its exact right shape and form. I am comforted by this feeling, seeing, knowing that I am held safely by the creator of all life.

This creative intelligence that holds me is also within me because I am one with it. In truth it can be no other way; I am a result of the creative expression of the creator; I am made of the same stuff as the creator; I am a self-conscious emanation of the creator. And as this is true of me, I know is is true of You; when we relax into the heart of the creator we are all one.

From this place of deep communion with the creator of all life I speak my word knowing it is creative and causative in the world. All that I claim in the first person is done with You in Mind, so it is creative and causative in your life now. This life is a good life; it is filled with challenges and rewards. I keep my eyes on the rewards as I move through the challenges. I greet each new day with enthusiasm for the gifts it brings and I face each challenge confidently. I affirm my oneness with the creator by taking time each morning and night to express gratitude for the guidance that comes to me each day. I stop, breathe, look and listen within each time I do not know what to do and allow the answer to come easily, gently, naturally, clearly. I choose to respond to challenges and not react. I move easily from silent contemplation to efficient action.

I accept that each challenge has an answer. I accept the creator as the source of all answers. I listen, learn, then take action. As I work in harmony with the creator, I know the path is revealed before me. For this I am very grateful.

I claim a true love that moves forward with me on this path with joy. A like-minded soul that is ready, able and willing to love me and be loved by me for all time. I claim financial abundance which means plenty of money for all my needs with enough to share and save. I claim work in the world that I love and that compensates me generously for my gift of love. I claim my right to be who I am truly and to be loved just as I am by myself and others. I claim my right to be happy!

I am very thankful now for all that creator gives me and move forward with a grateful heart. I will never forget you, I will never forsake you creator, my true forever partner in Life.

I spontaneously follow the urging of my higher fool ...

For clarity and consistency in taking care of myself, in personal relationships, in business matters, in following my purpose.

There is one Spirit that courses through all existence filling all equally with life, light, joy, peace, beauty, power and love.

Each and every thing is filled with these qualities including you and including me. Each of us is equally worthy, wise and powerful; we are Spirit in action.

I realize here and now that recognizing foolish and self destructive behavior for what it is foreshadows change of a positive and evolving nature. Fools are wise in mocking conventions and ignorance; fools see clearly because they care less what others see and just speak truly what is before them; their self-destruction allows the new to grow out of the old.

So I declare for myself, here and now, that I spontaneously follow the urging of my higher fool even to the depths of self-destruction so that the real me may be revealed to the world by the real me actually living, breathing and acting out my purpose in being here, on earth, at this time.

With gratitude to the Law that creates all out of ought, Easily the fool steps off the cliff ... to find enlightenment!

In truth I take my refuge ...

For Parent and Child to relax and envision their best path through the pain brought on by their present circumstances to the realization of the divine in them now and always that guides them to happiness through right action.

Simply I sit here. I breathe in and I breathe out. Over and over again. As I breathe in I imagine, I visualize, all that is positive and light entering me ... As I breathe out I imagine all that is negative and dark leaving me. As I do this I relax my body ... I release all other thoughts ... I accept the light ... I release the dark ...

There is one power everywhere equally present; it is in the dark, it is in the light, it is in me and my child now and always. I take this time to think on this power and to bring it into my awareness now. I know this power is the creator and source of all that is; I know that it moves mountains as easily as it grows peas and corn; I know this power cannot be denied and I accept its strength as my own and my child's own now; it can be no other way.

In truth I take my refuge and in truth I accept the strength and power of the creator to move forward finding the path to happiness I know and affirm is laid out before me. In oneness I accept this truth for my family as we move forward together. I accept the love that brings us together as the gift it is and call upon it to guide us forward as we find our balance and peace.

I am thankful for the strength and power I feel in myself and in my family now. I accept this and move forward in faith; I am strong, free and fearless. I am grateful for the great love welling up in me for my family and the goodness we bring to the world. I accept the divine in my life as it is now and as it evolves into true happiness.

Relaxing, believing, knowing, I accept my good ...

For You to move easily and smoothly through life in harmony and balance, finding your true expression and those to share it with.

Here I sit in the peaceful beginnings of a new day ... the roses reach for the sky in sweet surrender and likewise I reach for inspiration ... The birds twitter in the trees, the ducks graze in the grass, the sun casts its golden light from the east illuminating the inherent beauty of all I see. I sit here feeling the harmony of this natural composition and relax into it.

I know that beneath, before, beyond any conditions there is perfection. This world, this universe, this person is conceived in oneness and wholeness. I relax into this truth thinking about the intelligence that creates all that I see; I close my eyes and think about this intelligence that creates all that I feel and hear ... I know that life is truly guided by an intelligent power and that I am one with that power, as is all that exists; nothing can be outside this power. We are one complete universe!

Yes ... I know that as I relax and feel this intelligence inside me, guiding me; that as I listen and choose to follow my deepest desire, my deepest feelings, my deepest yearnings; that as I totally immerse myself in this moment then I know all things are possible -- I truly understand all things are possible.

In this moment I claim for myself all the good I can imagine, including health, peace and companionship. I release all sense of limitation and embrace the truth that all is possible and then I act on my heartfelt belief. Yes, I have all I need, want and can use in mind and now I accept it in body too.

Easily and gently I move forward. I allow feelings of gratitude and thanksgiving to well up in my heart and soul as I accept my goal as accomplished in mind and relax as I allow the rest of me to move into that truth. Life is truly good. Thank you life! Thank you for the power I feel moving through me as I heal and grow and evolve and find my inner goodness and share it with the world. I accept the goodness the world gives back to me in this endless cycle of giving and receiving. Yes, I participate in the Law of Circulation freely and joyously.

With great hurrahs I release these words into the Law of Creation knowing that as my faith is strong surely all I feel true in mind is also true in body. Relaxing, accepting, believing, knowing, I let these words go. So it is and so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- For a Broken Heart

I move naturally on my path toward my greatest good ...

For a broken heart:

As I relax into this morning, there is a deep, dark cloud to the north ... as I turn away from it and look to the south I see blue skies and the sun rising in the east. So it is with life as I deal with a broken heart.

Surrounded by the infinite variety of nature, I breathe in deeply and let it go with a sigh. I take another breath, and this time I breathe in that infinite variety and make it a part of me; I exhale old thoughts and ideas that don't serve me anymore. I open to the new and let go of the old.

I am in the rhythm of life. Now. I feel my heart beating and my breath flowing in and out bringing goodness to me and carrying away that which no longer serves me. In this consistency I feel the spirit of life in me; I know and accept that this spirit in me is the same that is in everyone; we are all connected by this one spirit of life and creation. There is no place in the universe this energy, this force, this creativity is not present. I am encouraged and supported by this feeling and I relax into it and fall deeper into my being.

I affirm the goodness of my life and the people in my life, especially my beloved. I hold as true and beautiful the dream we have spun together. I flush in the memory of its fullness and joy. I breathe in deeply and let it go. I stand tall and strong in oneness with nature and life. I wake from the dream and feel a longing, a sadness for that innocence that is past. I pause here a moment and smile in sweet memory and then move on to what is now.

I breathe in again ... and then let it go ... As I turn my attention to what lies ahead I allow my vision to expand into the future. I stand totally in the present with my attention and awareness focused on my innermost feelings and urgings of the spirit of life within me. I affirm and know that as I allow my decisions to come from this place of quietness and deep self-reflection that I move naturally forward on my own path toward my greatest good. I bless those I meet and move with along the path and bless them when we must go our separate ways. I hold no attachment to any outcome; I open my heart to all possibilities. Yes, life is good. Yes, I take time to stand in the moment and appreciate life and its gifts. Yes, I move on in the flow of life to new experiences.

I know and affirm I live in a universe of infinite variety; of infinite beauty, joy, and love. I am one with this now and forever. I am filled with gratitude for this truth I feel so thoroughly, so deeply in my being. Thank you life for your fullness and expression through me as me. I appreciate your support and guidance. I listen to your messages always and I follow your urgings naturally and easily.

Continuing in this flow of creation I know there is one life, one power, one creator and one intelligence behind, in and through it all ... I affirm this power creating the universe is in each one as it is in everything ... I affirm this power is creating these words right now ... I affirm this power is guiding each of us along our way ... I affirm we have free choice and can choose to follow our natural path or turn away from it ... I affirm one power, that intelligence creating all there is, is always with us no matter what we choose ...

I affirm we return to our natural path each and every time we recognize the oneness of the universe and our essential role in it ... I affirm we return to our natural path each time we stop, look within and listen to that inborn intelligence that is always waiting, in us, to guide us to our rightful destination ... Nurturing presence of love divine -- is mine, all the time!

For You to feel the unconditional love of God in you, through you, as you and to enliven the ability within you to bring this peaceful, powerful presence into your communication with those close to you.

Speak these words and hear the truth in them. Listen to these words and feel their truth in yourself.

There is one energy throughout the universe -- this energy is Love. Love is released in the initial creative event from which all else follows. Only God precedes this initial outflowing of Love. Love is all that is created and everything and everyone is an effect of this Love -- the Love of God.

Feel this presence in yourself of the primordial Love and know you are this Love in manifestation. As you tune in to this truth your actions flow naturally and easily from the center of peace and power. All apparent obstacles and attacks are seen as appearances of fear, ignorance, and resentment.

As I sit still in the knowledge of Love I am one with God. Compassion wells up in my heart and I speak the truth from this place of Love, fearlessly and easily. I am here, whole complete and perfect in my very creation.

I stand for all that I am in truth clearly and easily.

I listen to those around me carefully, without blame or judgement.

I speak the truth that I feel in my heart clearly and succinctly as a response to what I hear.

I am open to outcome, accepting the creative process as a dynamic unfolding in this moment and every moment.

I curl my tongue against the roof of my mouth and breathe deeply, relaxing further into the center of my being ... I continue this meditation, paying attention only to my heart and my breath ... I let all other thoughts go, returning always to my heart and my breath ...

Here I find safety, peace and stillness ... Here I allow a deeper relaxation to hold me in the womb of creation ... Here I come in contact with the source of all that exists, with the source of life itself ... Here I am ready to be renewed ... Here, at the source, I am whole, complete and perfect ...

I now know and affirm consistently that I am one with the original power and intelligence creating all that exists ... I affirm my acceptance of the power present now, in me, to heal any and all apparent afflictions ... I relax fully into this moment and absorb all I can of the presence in which I am immersed. I return here often and immerse myself in peace and light. I am truly one with the creative power of the universe and it is working in me and through me in this and every moment. I accept the healing power present in me now.

I move forward in balance and harmony ...

For You to see, feel and experience your body in perfect balance and health.

As I sit here in the morning light I relax and allow my thoughts to wander ... I release any thoughts of the activities of this day and just sit ... I reflect on the peacefulness of the natural world around me. Everything is in its place, doing its job ... the desk, the chair, the cup, the tree, the cloud, the flower ... and so it is with me ...

I continue to reflect on the naturalness of this moment, I sense a common presence in all I see. I sense the presence of a force, a power, an intelligence moving behind, before, within myself and within all my gaze and my thought touches. Yes, there is something actively present in existence that is consistent, active, creative from the beginning to now and beyond. I am one with this creative, creating, created being. As I relax into this truth, I realize I am using this power to be me right now. In truth there is no separation now or ever.

With this recognition of my unity with the creative power of the universe in mind, I speak my word affirming that which I see as true for me now. I am whole, complete and perfect. I move forward in my life in balance and harmony. I face fear as it arises in me and move to it and through it as the illusion it is in truth. I take time today and each day to touch the creative power of the universe within myself. And in this touching I accept myself as whole, complete and perfect, as I know I am in truth.

For You to open to the fullness of life within and around you and to know you are a gift to the world and to affirm however you choose to express this gift in the world is perfect right action.

I allow doubts and fears to rise into my awareness and then let them go; I continue doing this in rhythm with my breath; I breathe in Love and breathe out all that would block me from accepting Love ... As this continues in my subconscious, I turn my conscious attention to the miracle of creation itself.

I know there is one universe, one creation and I am part of it. I know that the intelligence creating the whole universe is the same intelligence creating me right now. There can be no separation between me and the intelligence, ever! That is impossible.

I take this truth to my heart and it feels good. As I care for and watch over this mighty truth it opens and unfolds for me. Yes, I am one with the intelligence, the power, creating the universe. I have this very same intelligence and power in me right now. I am using this intelligence and power to create my life just as I use air, water and food to create my physical body. I relax and let life happen naturally and easily as I take a moment to reflect on who I am and where I'm going.

I relax into my heart. Here I stop for a moment to listen to my inner, feeling voice. I release the chatter from my mind into the void. I am at home in my heart and I listen and look and accept the truth I find in the center of my being. I choose to take responsibility for my life, so I take this time to look ahead to my destination ...

I accept my ability to choose what my life looks like. I accept my ability to plot my course to whatever destination I choose. I accept the truth that I have co-created my life up to now with the intelligence and laws of the universe. I am creating my life right now; I have the ability to choose to create it consciously or subconsciously. In this beautiful, full, inspired moment I choose to consciously create the life I am inspired to create. I consciously release my doubt, my fear, my ignorance, my feelings of inadequacy, shame, guilt, unworthiness and hopelessness. I consciously embrace the universal intelligence from the heart of my being and the guidance that flows freely from the source, through my heart, into my mind, body and actions.

I declare that life is good; that life is full of peace and grace. I align myself with the inner wisdom that always awaits my attention; I listen, I hear, I act from this place. My head is now the servant of my heart and I know true happiness. I spontaneously and passionately shout, "YES, I Love myself and myself Loves the world!"

Feelings of compassion and gratitude well up in my heart as I release the imaginary walls of my self-created prison. I see the truth, I hear the truth, I feel the truth, I accept the truth, I speak the truth, I live the truth in all ways. I am truth in action.

For You to hold the highest consciousness for your Mother and your relationship.

Sitting in the morning light I relax into my chair and take a deep breath ... Here I sit with Mother on my mind ... I release all thoughts except that of Mother ... I go beyond the immediate to the universal and think of the Mother of the universe ... I know that all that exists comes from the womb of creation ... In this way we are all equal, we all have the same source, the same Spirit runs through our lives ... Guiding us, growing us, nurturing us all ...

I feel Spirit in me now as I sit and pray for my Mother ... I feel Spirit connecting us as one in this time of change and growth ... I know Spirit brings great power and presence into this situation as I open to the universal truths of life ... In this world we are one; woven together in a matrix of mutual support and goodness, each thought and action effects the whole ... I consciously speak my word now, claiming that good which I know is present in the wholeness of life for myself and my Mother. I have all I need within me now ...

To help you quit smoking.

Here I am, breathing. I breathe in the air, and I breathe out the air. This simple action brings vital elements to my body through my lungs, circulatory system, and heart. This I know. When I stop and listen and feel my body I affirm this life giving truth.

Here I am, thinking of smoking and the perceived support that it is... in imagination I breathe in the smoke and I breathe out the smoke... what does this simple action bring me? What does this simple action mean to me, to my life? Is this really necessary?

Here I am, with these questions on my mind. I let them go, I let my thinking go. In imagination I am in a circle on the earth, the circle is my world and I am in the center of It. I sit, silent, patient, letting go of all thoughts that come to me; I release these thoughts to the earth supporting me; I sit in my center, the center of my being and my body. Here I have all I need. Here I am at choice. Here I am healthy, whole, complete, perfect; I am one with the creation of life... My life! I sit...

As I return to this time and place I am filled with gratitude for the power and presence filling me now. Yes! I am at choice! I choose to walk on the earth breathing the air, the pure air, free of particles and heat; this is right for me, this is right for my body, this is my choice. I honor my body and I take the necessary steps to nurture and support it naturally, easily, with healthy exercise, food and drink, time to relax and enjoy the beauty of life and to sleep, renewing myself daily.

Any habit that interferes with my full experience of life, I reject. I accept the healthy life style I desire; my desire to live healthy is driven by my connection to the creator of all life; my desire to live a healthy life style is supported by my connection to the creator of all life. Silently I close my eyes and look within. Silently I breathe deep and let it go ... Silence, stillness, sweetness ... Here I feel my connection with that single power that is everywhere equally present in the universe ... It is the power creating everything in the universe ... It is that which supports all that exists ... It is fully present in my awareness now ...

I speak my word, fully supported by this power, claiming my highest good. I open myself to the healing power of Nature to make my body and mind whole and totally functional now. Continuing in the present I sense the presence of something greater than myself alone ... I stop ... I listen ... I look within ... I am patient as the fog slowly lifts ... I see clearly ... For the Victims of brutal attacks, Family and Friends to relax into the healing, nurturing, loving arms of Mother Father God and know they are not alone and that their hopes and prayers are meaningful and strong in this time of uncertainty and bring about positive results.

Sitting here with the sun shining bright outside and the breeze moving the trees ... I close my eyes and relax ... I release my thoughts into the flow of time ... I watch my breath ... I feel my body ... I feel the earth, the solid earth beneath me ... I feel the air, the clear air above me ... I feel my being, being right here ...

In this ever present moment I know there is Life; I know there is one Life equally present in all the universe ... I know this Life as the originator of all that exists ... I know this Life as my Life, and as the Life of all around me ... for in truth there is only one Life and all participate with it, as it, in it equally. This Life, this presence, this power, this energy, this intelligence, has many names, but for now I choose to call it Mother Father God.

Mother Father God is with me now and always. I focus my attention and awareness on this truth. I know that as I relax and allow this inspiration to well up from deep within my body, my being, my very self, that it is causative and creative; it is a key element in the creative process. So, I choose now to speak my word as one with the presence, the inspiration, of Mother Father God.

I know the Victims, are in the loving embrace of Mother Father God and the creative process. I know each is nurtured, inspired, comforted, healed by this loving presence. I add the full weight of my thought and intention to the myriad prayers in the minds, bodies, thoughts and throats of those that know and love them.

I affirm great things are manifesting from this apparent tragedy; I keep an open mind to allow them to manifest in all their fullness and import. I relax and allow the grace of Mother Father God to fill this situation with love and compassion, healing and growth.

Yes, expressions of Love and Understanding flow unconditionally from all sources. I open my self to give unconditional love to all involved in this experience. I accept the work that is right for me ...

For You to find right livelihood by relaxing into your natural wisdom, patience, peace and joy and choosing that work that fulfills you spiritually, financially and creatively.

Sitting in my chair, gazing out the window, thinking about work and the world and you, I relax and silently ask, "What is right work?" ... Silently I sit and listen for the answer ... After a while words come to me and images and feelings that relate to the question ...

Here I sit, in the center of my world. All that goes on around me is connected to me: the chair, the computer, the house, the yard, the street, the trees, the sky ... as I look around I know I am the center of my world. And as this is true for me, it is true for each and every other being on the planet, it can be no other way. Each of us are the center of our world.

However, there is one power, one creative activity present in each of us that is the same; this is the source of all that exists. We call this by many names, God, Love, Spirit, the Thing itself, Buddha, Allah, Jehovah, but in truth it is one and the same for all alike. I feel this power connecting me to the source of my life and the life around me now. As I sit in silence and let all the superficial thoughts about me to dissipate and melt away, I am centered in this power right here where I sit. As I relax into this center, into its solidity and safety, I am opening to receive the answer to whatever question I pose.

There is a course, a path, for me to follow to the realization of my potential in this life. Sometimes it is clear and easy to follow, like a long straight road on a clear day; sometimes it is hidden like a curvy road on a dark stormy day; sometimes it is obscured by vagueness like a road shrouded in fog. I know the power within me guides me to the realization of my potential through any and all apparent obstacles when I allow it.

So, I sit and I listen; I look; I feel; and the truth is always there for me, to move me along my path. I know there is no power outside of me that can direct me more truly than the power I feel in me now. Each day I take this time to connect with this inner power. I sit, open my heart, open my mind, open my body to direction from my personal guidance system. Each day one more piece of the puzzle is put in place and I am closer to completing my spot in the whole. For this I am happy and I relax and I go with the flow and move steadily forward on my path through life.

I accept the work that is right for me without question and accept the spiritual, creative and financial rewards that naturally come from my connection to Good. Thank you Universal Mother/Father for the power of Life within. I am forever grateful for the gift of life and know I cannot go astray with Good in my life as it is now.

I create life anew with each thought ...

For You to stand as one with the creator and move into the world with confidence and clarity.

Gazing out the window I watch the world go by. The sun peeks over the eastern hills through the clear, cool morning air brightening the day. Crows gather on the power poles and in the trees complaining to each other about life. The wind chimes whirl and jingle, reflecting sounds and light into the house.

Now I turn my gaze inward and watch my world go by. Each thought has a life of its own. "I'm hungry; what's to eat?" "Should I stop this and go find something?" I watch and let them go. My awareness goes deeper, my thoughts turn to my emotions: "What am I feeling right now?" As each answer comes up I greet it with the question: "What is behind that emotion, that feeling?" I patiently wait for, then welcome, the answer. I patiently continue this process until I reach the source -- Love -- the Creator ...

Here I relax and accept the oneness of life, the oneness of creation, the oneness I am constantly immersed in and part of. I breathe deeply and let it go ... and as I inhale again I feel the strength of the creator in the inflowing air ... I feel the power in breathing, passing air through my lungs into my bloodstream ... I feel blood carrying energy to every part of my body. I know in this moment what is true for my body is true for all I see around me. Everything, everyone is strengthened and animated by the creator's power and energy.

Here I relax once again breathing deeply and steadily and relishing the creator's love I feel in my heart. I know I manifest this love by taking my place in the universe. I actively participate in the unending circulation of this power called love though all creation. I feel, I know, the truth is that I am a vital link in the expression of this oneness, this love. I accept this and ask "How am I to apply this love in the world?" As this question leaves my mind, passes over my lips, I am open to receive the answer ... In silence and stillness I stop ... look ... listen ... within for as long as it takes until I am rewarded with inspiration from the source.

I am so grateful ... Yes, so grateful for the renewal I feel in this moment ... So grateful for the energy and information I receive from the source of life through this process of affirmative prayer and quiet contemplation. I thank that source, that inspiration, that guides me to this inner place ... that brings me here to realize the ongoing support I now know is always here with me as I regularly take the time to stop ... look ... listen ... to my intuition ... and then act on it in faith believing.

I accept the natural unfolding of my life and the goodness that I am and that I bring to those around me. Whether I proceed slowly and cautiously or blast full speed ahead I am thankful for the strength and inspiration that turns me on and carries me through Life.

I continue breathing ... feeling ... seeing ... and know there is one presence, one power, one creator ...

I am one with the creator of all life. The Patient is one with the creator of all life. As I look around I see the activity of this creator in all around me. It can be no other way. I relax into this truth and know that the words I speak and the thoughts I think are one with this ever present, ever active creative force. I know as I relax into this feeling, into this being, I am guided to think, speak and act in harmony with the unfoldment of this power in the world now ...

I consciously choose to speak my word for The Patient, holding, seeing placing them firmly in the creator's holy light and love. Sitting here in the morning light, I am one with the rising sun of a new day ... I reflect on wanton acts of death and destruction in this country and around the world ... I reflect on the apparent excuses the perpetrators use for these actions ... I reflect on my role in all this ...

I relax into this reverie ... I relax into the arms of the universal Mother ... I relax into the nurturing qualities of the feminine ... I relax into the divine love of the Mother for the child ... I accept the power and strength I feel here in the arms of the universal Mother ...

Here and now I know there is no separation between me and nature; there is no separation between me and you, there is no separation between us and them; there is no separation, in truth, between anything or anyone in this world, in this creation ...

The love of the Mother is universal and all encompassing ... The love of the Mother is specific and universal ... The love of the Mother is present here and there, now and always. I am comforted and strengthened with this knowing, with this feeling, with this seeing. And as I know this is true for me now, I claim this truth for you, in the oneness, in the universality of this love ...

For activating those inner resources that move us forward on our true path attracting to us all the outer resources we need to fulfill our divine calling.

Here I am, sitting. I take a deep breath and let it go... Here I am sitting and breathing, watching the thoughts flow through my mind. Consciously I choose to stop the flow of thoughts and focus my awareness on sitting and breathing... I feel the rhythm of breath merging with heart... I move my body and find a comfortable position... My attention is on my body and the life it celebrates... I am a self contained representation of the Universe. Now I am ready to pray:

One power, one presence, one creator of all that exists filling the universe with itself; one evolving, changing, moving Spirit becoming more and more complex and conscious as it moves eternally into infinity. Yes, this is the vision that fills me in this moment as I realize this is true within me and all around me in this moment as I sit here breathing, watching, listening to my life, my self.

I am a singular representation of this oneness that encompasses all life, I am a self-contained expression of the Creator of the universe, co-creating my life with Creator. I accept this knowledge and choose to consciously use it now to manifest my deepest desire to bring myself forward totally and completely into realization of my full potential. With this thought held strongly in mind I speak my word:

I accept the presence of the divine muse in me totally and completely in this moment. I affirm the presence of all that I need to move forward on my chosen path. I feel deeply the gift to the world my business is and call to me the resources necessary for it to continue and to flourish. I open myself to recognize this in whatever form it takes and align myself with Spirit, one Spirit within all that come forward to help. I recognize my special gifts and share them happily with the world. Gratitude is a simple word for the complex feelings filling me now as I contemplate the meaning of this prayer, and thank you Spirit within for filling me with strength, faith and presence of mind. I move forward with confidence and humility, with an attitude of gratitude for all that is given me.

I release this word into the law that always says Yes, and relax knowing that as it is spoken, felt, accepted, believed, so it is manifested in the world now. So, it is and so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- Memorial Day

I stand strong for universal peace, harmony and balance ...

Honoring all those that put principle and the community welfare above their personal comfort knowing that by doing so they create a more harmonious, peaceful world for their children and their children's children.

Sitting here I relax and ponder the meaning of this day... I notice the gentle rhythm of my breath ... I feel the sunlight through the window ... I watch my thoughts as they flow through my mind ... I focus my attention on the topic for the day ...

I choose to begin at the beginning with that one spirit that moves through all creation ... I feel the presence of the original intelligence from which the universe springs forth in me right now. I know this same spirit is present in all that exists moving forward with the original creative intelligence ... I relax into this constant flow of evolution knowing this interconnection is true for all that exists.

Knowing that this oneness is true, I know in truth there is truly harmony, peace and balance throughout this whole world. It lives in the hearts of each and every living being; in truth it can be no other way because we all have the same original intelligence moving us forward in life. We come from one creator and live in an interconnected web of life with all Nature.

And yet we find war, poverty, slavery, exploitation, dominance, genocide, murder, and many other acts of destruction between people. This prayer is to recognize all those that stand up and move forward believing in the truth in their heart that we are meant to live in peace and mutual prosperity. Honoring interconnectedness each one moves into discomfort and danger to move us toward the realization of this goal, this basic truth that truly is born with each being as they enter this world.

I feel great respect and honor as I think on all the warriors both civil and military that stand strong in memory for their sacrifices. I know each and everyone is moved forward with a deep belief and respect in their heart for the peace, harmony and balance of life on earth and do what it takes to bring it to realization for all people everywhere. I feel this truth in my heart and harmonize with it as I move forward in life. I stand strong for peace, harmony and balance in the world. I accept a more harmonious, peaceful world for the children and their children's children...

I am grateful for the peace and power of spirit I feel active in, through and all around me now. I say thank you creator of life for filling us with this inborn ability to create peace, balance and harmony easily, naturally wherever we are and to enjoy it with all around us and to stand strong in the face of those that attempt to deny our basic rights.

And so I release this word to the creative medium of spirit which always says yes to life, peace, light, joy, love, beauty and power.

So I let it be and so it is. Blessed are We!

Law of Attraction -- Remember the Love

I welcome divine Love in my life now ...

For One to remember the love that brought Them and their Partner together and focus on the truth that love represents, thereby accepting the peace, joy and love of God into heart, home, everyday experience.

Purposefully I sit and relax ... I set aside all thoughts of this day's activities ... I sit and I breathe easily and naturally ... I look within and feel ... I feel my connection to the earth ... I feel the air flowing through my lungs energizing my body ... I feel my muscles relax ... I feel my connection to something beyond this body ... I feel an expansiveness that reaches beyond this self ... I feel my true place in the universe and my connection with God ... God, the Intelligence creating everything there is in the universe ... God, the creative energy in me, in my Partner, in my family, in all I see, feel, know ...

I know I am one with the power, presence and love of God right here and now. I know this oneness is constant and unchangeable. I know when I am in this place with God that my thoughts, feelings and words are creative in scope and impact. So, I choose to consciously speak my word now, claiming that which I see as truth beyond any apparent differences.

I remember the magical feelings that brought Us together ... I remember the glow, the smile, the sparkle ... I remember all the little things ... and I remember all the big things ... Plans and parties, passion and play, pranks and prayers, peace and purpose ... and in all this remembering I am moved to once again feel all the love present in our relationship. I feel the goodness that comes forward in this relationship; I feel the strength, commitment and compassion that wells up easily and naturally in this time of peaceful contemplation. I hold this as the truth now and always.

I know that I am the gift, I know that God moves through me and acts through me to bring all into being. So, now I relax, and let go and let God guide me forward ... let God guide my Partner forward ... knowing that each of us move unerringly toward that fulfillment that is our purpose here. I trust, I release, I accept, I welcome divine Love in my life now and always. I return to this quiet contemplation easily and naturally whenever I need to check in with my personal power through connection with God.

Grateful I am for this feeling of power, presence, peace I have now; grateful I am as I release my attachments to universal law knowing in truth all is right in the world. So it is and so I let it be, always.

Law of Attraction -- Parent's Love for Ill Child

My child is a bright light, happy, peaceful, powerful ...

For Parent and Child to know the Love of God guides them, moves them, supports them through this time of physical illness to knowing, feeling, experiencing that perfect Love that is in every one's heart.

Gently I relax into this moment with a big breath ... As I continue breathing, I visualize Love entering my body and all that is unlike love leaving with my exhale ... I continue this visualization and then extend it to include my child ... My body relaxes into love ... my mind relaxes into Love ... My thoughts relax into Love ...

In this atmosphere of Love I feel the presence of God ... I know this presence is everywhere equally present in the whole universe and it is here with me now. I know and affirm the omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience of this loving presence I call God. In this moment I release any feeling of separation and merge into the oneness of the presence of God and in mind take my child with me. We are one with the warmth and nurturing power, presence, peace of God.

Here I acknowledge the power of my thoughts to create that which serves my highest good, the highest good of my family and the highest good of my community. So I speak my word claiming that ideal situation that moves us forward into a bright, beautiful experience of the world. I feel the love I am immersed in and mentally spread it to everyone that comes to mind ... There is unlimited supply and it flows around me and through me and all my loved ones. My child is in the center, bright light, happy, peaceful, powerful ... Love knows no bounds, Love knows only Love and in truth love is everywhere present.

Where Love is, Life is. Where Life is, Light is. Where Light is, Joy is. Where Joy is, Peace is. Where Peace is, Beauty is. Where Beauty is, Power is. Where Power is, I am. And I use this power to bring healing into this situation. I use this power to bring strength and courage to this situation. I use this power to affirm the highest good, and see the truth in this and every situation.

Thank you God for being with me now and always. I am so grateful for this time I take today and each day to be with you, in me. I accept the ungoingness of life and love and peace and beauty that you bring naturally and easily into my life and my family's life. Thank you for illuminating me and my child in this time of need.

I align my energy with the energies of the Universe ...

For You and your Beloved to know that potential within so completely and thoroughly that it oozes out in all your thoughts, words and deeds, bringing peace, joy and happiness to you and those around you.

Trusting the One Power of the Universe, relax and let your thoughts go to that place within that connects each one to the Whole. Feel your heart beating and your lungs expanding and contracting. We are aligned with the flow of the Universe; in this moment sense that the universe also breathes, expanding and contracting ... We are specks in the vast wholeness of the universe but we are creative specks looking out from this center of consciousness to view the whole as a movie projector looks out on its work. I find joy in this vision and am inspired to speak these words for the benefit of my beloved and myself to tap into this great, wonderful creative energy on a consistent, ungoing, always basis.

We are two peas in the pod ready to spring open and sprout and grow into the wholeness that lies dormant within us. I know and affirm that the plan of the Great Spirit is for us to sprout and grow and prosper through expressing the great potential lying within us. I declare this to be the Truth. I choose to align my energy with the energies of the Universe and to grow along those lines set forth in my beginnings and to hold my beloved's hand as we traverse this space and time together into infinite eternity.

Fear appears to be all around us, in and through us; I speak these words now to recognize these feelings and to hold them up to the clear light of the Oneness that is truly all around us and through us. In this clear light I can see no fear; I can feel no fear in this clear understanding for we are embraced by the One Great Spirit and all I know in this light is Love. Yes, I allow the courage and peace and enthusiasm that flows constantly from this Love to fill my being with Light; being filled with Light, all obstacles and encrustations of past memories and beliefs dissolve and disappear into the nothingness from which they arose. All appearance of separation is dissolved and we are free to be as we were born: Creative beings here to discover happiness in physical form and in sharing our selves with one another.

Creativity abounds in each one of us as individuals, and as a couple, in this relationship. The mysteries of Life are revealed for all to see through the expression of two working as one. Overcoming the struggle and doubt and occasional feelings of separation is part of the revelation and are merely small steps on a very long path. I recognize that and agree to keep moving through the difficult terrain knowing that we are becoming stronger and the promised land will be the more beautiful for the difficulties we encounter along the way.

Happily I accept this time in our life for I know it is the threshold of eternal happiness. I accept this and bless this with great gratitude for all the peace, joy and happiness that are ours now even as we uncover just the smallest glimpses of this wonderful truth: Life is Good, truly Good and we are born to be full active participants in this Goodness.

These words are now released to the Great Spirit, to the flow of the universe where they are already manifest in this world. And so I let it be; and so it is.

Thank you God for your constant presence ...

For You to be one with the perfect unfolding of each project you are involved in; knowing that the Mind of God inspires you, and each party involved, to divine right action for the highest good of all concerned.

Breathing deeply I relax ... Yes there is one God, one Intelligence, one Presence everywhere equally present in all the universe ... I breathe this awareness in and I breathe it out ... In this action I align myself with the natural unfoldment of Life ... I align myself with the master plan ... I breathe naturally and easily ... relaxing into a peaceful communion with God ...

Being one with God and the natural unfolding of the universe, I consciously choose to listen to and follow the inspiration that comes freely and easily in this meditative state. I know these ideas, that bubble up from my heart, guide me truly; so I take care to release my busy mind and just breathe ... I let go of concern and worry and turn my attention to the naturalness of breathing. Here I feel my heart beating and acknowledge this part of my body as a metaphorical connecting point to the larger universe; to God. As I place my attention here, I find a peace and naturalness beyond the busyness; I find a depth beyond the immediate; I find connection to divine purpose.

I accept this feeling of solidness, of a firm foundation. I breathe into it ... I move into it and immerse myself in it. Here I am safe; here I am sure; here I am secure. Here I affirm the rightness of my actions and the unfolding of my work in the world. I know I am guided, inspired and motivated by this inner foundation; this inner connection to the divine unfoldment. And knowing this for myself, I know this for each one involved with me in these projects. We are a team, a community, an alliance to bring forth this work and the good that comes with it. I relax into this knowledge and am happy. I accept this feeling, this knowing and move forward inspired by and grounded in the truth.

Thank you God for your constant presence. I know I am never alone. I accept your guidance, presence and power now and always as I move in the world. I say Thank You each day for your gifts. I accept Spirit as my inspiration and my guide 100% ...

For You to radiate the inner beauty that Spirit is, revealing perfect health and attracting the perfect mate.

One Spirit, One Life, One Love everywhere equally present; present in my breath, in the breeze, in the swaying leaves, in the clouds and in the sunlight gently reaching over the hill bringing light to this new day.

Easily I sit here contemplating the movement of Spirit. Spirit, Life, Love is right here where I am, moving my thoughts, moving my fingers, moving my emotions that cry out with Joy as I feel and accept this sacred connection. I know there is one Mind and that I am a unique expression of this Mind as we all are. So, in this moment of conscious union with Mind I choose to speak knowing these words are Creative and Powerful.

I claim and declare the truth: That Life is good! That Spirit moves everywhere! That I am one with Spirit! I feel this Truth deeply, profoundly in this moment! ... Sitting and breathing... Breathing and sitting... Here I am ready to relax and affirm my good, our good... So, I just continue breathing and relaxing into this moment... Relaxing into my center where Spirit and I connect...

One Spirit, one life, one creative intelligence filling all space and time with itself. Moving out from the beginning of time and space, constantly changing and evolving, Spirit is all there is in the universe in truth.

I breathe deeply and relax into the realization that Spirit and I are one and that the creative intelligence that fills the universe with itself fills me now. I choose to use this intelligence to affirm and cocreate with Spirit the life I see in my mind's eye. So, I speak my word now to claim that which I desire.

As I sit in negotiations I am able to relax into conscious connection with Spirit within me. In this way I am constantly refreshed and bolstered by the strength, compassion and clarity I find here, in my center, through my connection with Spirit. I am able to bring harmony to the table through my thoughtful input that comes easily through my connection with Spirit; this leads to unity as we work together for the best possible result that serves everyone equally and fairly. As we sit at the table, I am able to see Spirit within those on the other side and am able to communicate Spirit to Spirit on the important matters before us. I affirm that all I do is for the highest good of all, the harm of none and that this is all accomplished easily, naturally, with grace and ease.

I am grateful for the respect I feel inside for Spirit within all existence and I relax and say thank you for the guidance, power, acceptance and love I feel in me now. I relax and let it be, knowing and affirming only good prevails.

I accept the truth of my goodness now!

For You to release your resistance to accepting the truth of your goodness.

Sitting, breathing, relaxing, watching, listening... I slowly melt into the present moment... I feel the earth beneath me, the air around me, the sky above me... I slowly merge with all that is...

One power, one presence, one Creator of all existence is present in this moment. I feel the power in the beating of my heart... I feel the presence in the inspiration and exhalation of my breath... I see Creator in all around me and I hear Creator in the still, small voice within that guides me on my path...

I accept the truth that Creator and I are one, we are united now and always, it can be no other way because all existence is the expression of Creator. In this moment of unification with Creator I claim that inborn ability to create as Creator does, being one with Creator in truth. So, I speak my word from this place of deep connection with the creative power and presence that fills me and all around me. In truth we are one.

I accept the truth of my goodness now! I release and let go of all that blocks me from complete, total, unconditional acceptance of my goodness. I express myself easily and fully from this deep connection with Creator with family, friends and in the world. I am self assured and easy going as I feel this power and presence within guiding, supporting and nurturing me, as it constantly affirms my goodness. My goodness is evident for all to see and when I am acknowledged, I simply say "thank you" and accept the compliment as the truth--because it is! I accept myself with humility and love, just as I accept those around me. Wherever I look I see Creator looking back at me with love, peace, joy, power, beauty, peace, light, life and an overflowing goodness that washes over me highlighting my own inherent goodness.

I pause now and say thank you Creator for showing me myself in you and how I am created with all your qualities built-in. This time in connection with you opens my eyes, my heart, my mind to the goodness that is right here, right now, always and I am very, very grateful. Thank You!

Law of Attraction -- Enjoy Life as it Appears Every Moment

I happily accept my unique role in wholeness ...

For You to know divine perfection beyond all appearances and to rejoice in Life as it appears in every moment.

I gently center myself ... feeling myself settle into this chair ... feeling my chest and abdomen gently move as my breath flows in and out ... watching my mind peacefully thinking these thoughts ... gradually releasing all attachment ... In this very moment I feel an overwhelming presence of Love welling up inside me; it starts as a warm tingly feeling in my gut and slowly rises through my abdomen to my heart and continues through my throat and head to overflow and bathe me in a golden light. I calmly see this, feel this, accept this. I know there is one Life, one Light, one universal expression that is here with me now. I am consciously immersed in the Oneness of the universe, there is no separation.

As I speak these words aloud I know the perfect presence of the Creator is with me. And I know and declare that as this Intelligence is perfect so am I; there can be nothing else but perfection in this very moment; this moment that, in truth, is eternal and everlasting.

I find my Truth here as I read this prayer aloud. I feel the Joy, Peace, Power, Beauty, and all the wonderful expressions of Love that flow in infinite measure from the Creator as me in this moment. I feel this and so much more that exists in perfect harmony in this perfect creation we all share.

As I contemplate this experience I know it is true; I feel my lips move and my eyes read; I follow the thoughts that come spontaneously to my mind; I sense the wonderful intelligence that enables grass seed to grow grass and cherry stones to make cherries moving through me now; there is an innocence and purity to this contemplation that I know is true, more true than any appearance to the contrary. Life is truly good! I accept and affirm this truth with a deep, abiding faith in this eternal moment, again and again. I allow this feeling to sink into my deepest, darkest recesses bringing light to all the dark places; darkness and negativity are no longer at home in my light filled body or in my joy filled life!

Yes! Thank you Spirit for flowing through me gently and easily leaving behind the light of truth equally throughout my being. I happily accept my unique role in the wholeness, completeness, oneness of life now.

I take these words, these feelings, this profound faith and I release them to natural evolution of creation, knowing their truth resounds for the benefit of all. And so I let it be; and so it is!

Law of Attraction -- Perfect Relationship

As I speak with love and acceptance, so it is ...

For You to know that all relationship begins within with unconditional acceptance of self and works out from there as unconditional love -- and in this movement all is healed.

As I quiet my mind and let my thoughts slow down and go deep within I sense a presence, a light, a warm glow deep inside me. I know this presence is Father/Mother God -- that perfect relationship of female and male that is the source of all existence, of all life, of me and of you. I feel comforted by knowing I am connected with my source always and that through this consciousness of oneness I am connected with everything and everyone in the universe. I am comforted and empowered by this knowledge, by this deep feeling. I know my words have creative effect in this oneness right here and now, immediately.

In this expanded consciousness I choose to speak my word now. I consciously affirm:

Knowing this oneness deep inside I am filled with love, the greatest power of the universe.

I love the expression of life that I am;

I love the life in all that I see;

I unconditionally accept this truth in my life now ...

Overpowered by this sense of unconditional love for myself and all around me, I gratefully let go of all expectations and accept life as whole, complete and perfect just as it is. I look beyond pain and uncertainty and frustration and disappointment and anger and all the difficult and painful appearances in my life to that which is true and good and is the foundation all else is built upon.

Life is good before, beyond, below, above, through all the conditions that make up life. Love, passion, creativity flow naturally through me with each breath I take ... Love comes in so many forms, sometimes my breath is taken away and I stumble and gasp; but I quickly recover and find Life is good, whole and complete just as it is, in truth, in this moment and every moment.

I quickly move forward on my path, using the energy I feel within me now to keep my feet and heart and head moving together toward my goals of health, wealth and happiness gained through right action ...

I love life, I love myself, I love that natural expression of spirit through me, as me. Now, with a profound sense of gratitude and joy I peacefully let these words go, knowing the Intelligence creating the universe acts upon them instantaneously and I am healed. As it is spoken with love and acceptance, so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Marriage Confusion

I accept the clarity of true Love ...

For a married person to gain clarity and one-mindedness in their relationship with a spouse giving mixed messages about their commitment to the marriage.

I am confused and dazed by a whirlwind of thoughts mixing up my mind ... I breathe deeply and exhale with a sigh ... Focusing my attention on my breath, I am brought into the present moment and the orderliness of time marching on in a steady beat ... my breath is regular and even, and it joins the march ... I feel my heart adding its rhythm to the forward movement ... The whirlwind is gone now and I am at one with the rhythm of life.

I relax into the fullness of this moment and focus my awareness on the power that is behind all this activity in me. As I relax into the question ... I find there is an intelligence operating in me that is greater than me alone. This power is in everything and everyone around me. This power is in the birds and the bees and the flowers and the trees; it is in you and it is in me; there is no place this power is not. Spirit, God, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, The Great Spirit, Goddess are a few of the many names this power is known by. Named or nameless, it is always right here where I am. I know it, I feel it, I accept it.

Being one with the creative power of the universe, I choose to speak my word knowing it is creative and causative in the world. I claim for myself and for my spouse only the highest good; that good which furthers each of us on our individual and collective paths to the fulfillment of our purpose here in the world. I know we are drawn together to serve the greatest good. I know that our separation serves our highest purpose. As I relax into this precious time, immersed in Spirit, I let go of the question "Why?" and enter the movement of time with a clear heart and mind.

I feel the power of Spirit in me and I know this same power is with my spouse. I move forward with this power and affirm the same for my spouse. As I focus on the good that comes from our relationship I realize we are immersed in Spirit's love. Love is the common bond that holds us together now and forever, even as individuals with separate lives to live.

I release my expectations and desires to the wisdom of Spirit and follow Love's guidance in all my thoughts, words and actions. I accept the clarity that comes with this decision and remember it always. I know Love is true and that Love's purposes are served regardless of outcome.

I have spoken my heart and release these words to Spirit's Law knowing all is good, true and manifest now. So I let it be and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Healing Multiple Ailments

I accept myself for the gift I am ...

For a person with multiple ailments to be one with the healing power of Spirit within.

I relax into this day with a deep breath. In the rhythm of my breathing I find comfort. The rhythm of life is bringing energy from the air to my body. I feel my heart beating, taking this energy throughout my body. I relax and let this happen. I relax and know I am taken care of by my autonomic nervous system.

I relax into this moment with a deep look at myself. In the flow of my thoughts I find a consistent theme of hopelessness and pain. I let those thoughts go and look deeper, deeper into my mind. I find my mind merges with a larger Mind that reaches far beyond the confines of my body. This Mind extends forever into eternity. Here I find peace. Here I enter a flow of creativity and possibility. Here I see and feel the beauty and joy of life. Here I enter an inexhaustible realm of power and growth. I relax and know I am one with the Creator of all that exists.

Here in the creative center of the universe I am consciously one with all that exists. I am consciously one with the creative power of the universe. I know my thoughts and words are causative in the world of effects now. I carefully choose my thoughts and words to reflect the positive changes I accept into my experience now. I look at pain and discomfort and move my attention and awareness through them to the illumination they attempt to block. I know Spirit is behind all things and I move easily and completely into Spirit's embrace and am filled with light and joy. Life is rich in its fullness and abundance and I accept this now.

I am grateful for the presence of Spirit in each and every health care provider and I accept their gifts wholeheartedly; I follow Spirit's advice and prescriptions with enthusiasm and am blessed with immediate rewards. With the light shining brightly from within, I know in truth, beyond all appearances, I am whole, perfect and complete. I see this reflected in the eyes of those around me and I affirm this truth for them also. I accept myself for the gift I am to the world, to my community and to my family. We are all one in Spirit, one with the Creator of all that exists...

Thank you Spirit for the gift of life; thank you Creator for your constant activity of creation and change as I cocreate with you a positive, healthy life. I accept your goodness into my life and make it my own, now and forever more.

Law of Attraction -- Peace in Wake of Killings

I hold the high watch for lives changed by violence ...

To bring peace, understanding conciliation to the families and community effected by the shootings Monday.

Taking a moment to breathe ... to allow this natural rhythm to establish its normal pattern ... I sit in the sunlight and allow my mind to focus its attention on the oneness of life ...

One creator, one beginning from which all flows forth in unending creativity. One intelligence, one expression of love and life. One source pouring forth creation into a waiting void suddenly animated and filled with the glorious expression of life, love, happiness.

I hold this image dear as I sit here in the sunlight feeling this presence within me and all around me. I relax, I breathe, I affirm the goodness, completeness of this life giving Spirit coming to us with many names but one purpose, to remind us that in truth we are all one. In truth there is no, can be no, separation of one from the other.

Here in this moment I am filled with grief and sadness that any individual can break this bond and bring death to itself and many other expressions of divinity. I am overcome with emotion at the thought of death and destruction. Then I remember to breathe again, to bring that gentle rhythm back into my experience. To feel the sunlight, the air, the touch of my feet on the floor, the solidness of the earth, the love of my family, the joy that lives in the heart of all, in truth, and I am brought fully into this moment, with its wholeness and perfection intact.

Here I grieve for what has happened, and hold each one effected in my thoughts of love and wholeness and oneness with the divine. Here I hold the high watch remembering the truth of those that have departed to the realms beyond this life and send them my love. Here I hold the high watch for those whose lives have been changed forever by this random act of violence and know with and for them their wholeness, completeness and perfection through this incredible change.

Here I express gratitude for the oneness of life that allows me to be a support from many miles away because in truth there is no time or space; we are one living whole held in the love of the creator of all, and here I express gratitude for the contribution of the many parts to the fullness of life in this moment.

Now it is time to release this word into the mind of the creator where it is acted upon even as it is spoken, bringing comfort, love, a sense of the divine to each and everyone in need, wherever they are. As it is spoken in truth, so it is in life.

To honor and remember the moment We take each other into Our hearts as One -- as friends, lovers and lifetime partners.

Relaxing into this day's sounds I take this time to reflect on life. Breathing deeply and evenly I let go of all thoughts except those of breathing. I watch my breath and relax. I allow my awareness to leave the superficial and go deep into my heart; the rhythm of my breath takes me there one step at a time ...

Here I pause and look around. I see in my mind's eye that the feeling, the knowing here deep in my center is universal in nature. There is one creator of all that is. All creation is centered in the same source. I relax into this center in me now, in this moment. This moment is timeless and spaceless in truth and I let go of all else, relaxing into the center of life ...

Here I know my words and thoughts are one with the creative source of life and I choose them carefully and speak them clearly as I choose my path to happiness and fulfillment in this life ...

I choose you, my friend, my lover, my partner to move forward in life as one committed couple. I choose to take your hand as we move together through the veils of illusion that appear to block us from our true expression and happiness to that destination that is so vivid in mind now. I choose a lifetime of fun, feeling, philosophy and frontiering with you, dear one. I Love you unconditionally; I accept you as you are.

And I am so grateful for the strength of Spirit I feel in this moment, here in the center of creation, here within me. I accept within myself all the qualities of Spirit and express them easily and naturally. I am Love, Light, Joy, Peace, Beauty, Power and Life itself and I know you are all this, too. My acceptance and gratitude go hand in hand ...

For healing of cancer.

Silently I sit here in the morning light contemplating the variety of human experience. Cancer, why is there cancer in our experience? What is behind the experience of our flesh displacing our flesh?

I breathe deeply and relax into the oneness of life I feel all around me ... I relax into the question in my mind as I continue breathing in an easy full manner ... I let go of all thoughts except that we are all one in truth ... I sense the constant flow of life around me and through me ... I relax deeper into this flow and let it carry me with it ...

These words come easily and naturally to me in this relaxed flowing state. I am one with the primordial flow of life and creation. Everything here works together in unfolding, growing, evolving, becoming, being, expression of that one Intelligence from which all existence springs. Each bit around me is separate but we are all part of this same flow. I resist the temptation to move against the flow and instead relax further into the present moment. I allow my thought to embrace the goodness I feel in this free flowing environment. I allow my body to accept its place in this flow of goodness.

I face my fear of being swept away by uncontrollable forces and take charge of my experience. I look at the appearance of cancer and then look through it to the wholeness I know I am in truth. I relax into this looking and feel the wholeness, the completeness, the perfectness of the truth of my being behind, before, beyond any temporary temporal experience I have here on earth. I accept the gift of life and self-reflection for the wondrous gift it is and relax into the flow of Goodness I am now immersed in.

I am one with the present moment and I know, beyond all doubt, that creation begins now, with my thought of wholeness and full self expression. I let go of the past and leave it be as I focus on the creativity present in me right now, in this moment. I nurture and cultivate an attitude of creative power initiated within me in this moment of realization. Yes, I am one with the creative power of the universe. Yes, I am a self reflective spiritual being having a human experience and Yes, I am in charge of this experience. Yes, I am able to cocreate my experience of life using my connection with the universal Intelligence that is creating the world around me. Yes, my mind is a creative force in the universe because it is one with the universal mind.

The healing power of these words crosses all boundaries and are limitless, touching cancer everywhere in my body, transforming those aberrant, renegade, destructive cells into normal, supportive, constructive cells. I relax into this process as one by one each aberrant cell receives the light of truth and is transformed. I pull this body into harmony naturally, easily, inexorably for this is the truth that is the ground of my being and is the ground of all creation. I see this truth, I feel this truth, I hear this truth, I know this truth, I believe this truth, I live this truth, I am this truth, now and forevermore.

I am so thankful for this realization and experience of the creative power I am. My acceptance and gratitude go hand in hand as I move forward from this moment embracing the truth, creating a full, happy, healthy life now.

I release these words into the creative process, into the law of life, and am happy for I know this experience is so now and forevermore. So it is, and so I let it be.

I am Love immersed in Love ...

For You to know, feel and embrace Love as the answer, Love as the way, Love as the power, to use in facing all apparent difficulties in this world.

I breathe deep and relax into this moment ... I sit here and let go of everything except the experience of Love ... I breathe deep and relax into the depths of my being ... I sit here and experience only Love ... I let go of each thought rising in my mind and then there is only Love ...

I am immersed in a sea of Love ... I see only Love ... I feel only Love ... I think only Love ... I am Love ... Love is all there is ... I am Love immersed in Love ...

With Love everywhere in my world, as my world, my oneness with the divine is undeniable ... the divine and I are one, manifesting as Love in this holy moment. I feel this ... I see this ... I accept this ... I know this and move now as Love. I am connected in this wonderful Oneness with all creation ... I am one with the stars, the sun, the moon, the flowers, the grass, the birds flying through the sky, and most of all with the Intelligence creating all there is.

Immersed in the immensity of creation and my being One with all there is, I open now to thoughts of my family and my extended family. I open my heart and let each one into this Love filled experience and in this moment know only Love ... I give Love, I receive Love ... there is only room for Love in this moment. I relax ... I let go ... I let this soak in ... feeling the true Love behind all appearances ... In mind I embrace each member of my family ... I feel the true connection beyond all appearances ... we are one in Love. My heart opens and forgiveness floods in. In this experience of Oneness only peace, acceptance, love and Spirit prevail.

Accepting this as the spiritual truth behind all appearances in my life, I relax with Spirit as my source and as my guide. I know Love is the answer ... I know Love is the solution ... I let go of all expectations of outcome and let Spirit bring only good into my life ... I expect nothing and receive everything I require. I do nothing but stay with thoughts of Love and follow my heart easily and naturally. I affirm and accept life is good now! With a grateful heart I release these words into the Law of Love as truth already manifested. And so it is, and so I let it be.

I choose to share my gift fully and completely ...

For clarity and faith that my perfect job comes to me in perfect timing.

Sitting. Breathing. Thinking. Thinking of that which I desire to bring into my life. I watch the thoughts flow and just let them go as I continue breathing... Each breath full and complete in itself... Each breath connected one to another... Each breath pulling me into myself easily and gently... Gently I move into that feeling within where I am one with the Creative Intelligence from which the universe comes... Here, within myself, I connect with the one power creating all there is... Now I relax and pray.

One power, one presence, one love filling all the universe with Itself. One omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent evolving life force moving out from beginning to end carrying all there is with it into now, manifesting itself as you, as me.

Here, I am feeling my constant connection with the Creative Intelligence and I relax into this connection realizing I am cocreating my life by using this Intelligence as it manifests in me. I consciously choose to use this Intelligence within me to bring into my life all I need to move me along my spiritual path to the realization of that potential I bring with me to this life, to this moment.

I have a gift to share and I choose to share it fully and completely now and open myself to receive all that I need to succeed in being fully myself. As I relax into oneness with Spirit I find clarity about the steps I am to take to the perfect job; my hope guides me in my choices as a star always leading me on toward the ideal I hold dear; with clarity as my foundation, my faith in a positive outcome is strengthened and my faith clearly guides me as I move forward in step with Spirit's perfect timing. I accept the perfect job, at the perfect time, in the perfect place.

Thank you Spirit for being with me now and always; I appreciate this time and all time I spend here in communion with you. I know you are as close as my breath and I use my breath to guide me to you when I feel the need for support and guidance; I am so grateful to be aware of this connection.

I move forward with the grace of the dancer ...

To feel oneness with the love, peace, power and grace of Spirit and to radiate this presence easily and naturally, spreading it to all around you.

I pause and take a deep breath ... and let it go ... I continue breathing easily and naturally ... watching the air as it swells my chest ... and then rushes out into the world again ... the cycle continues endlessly ... the steadiness of this rhythm relaxes me, centers me in this moment ... I feel my heart adding its gentle rhythm to this dance of life I am in this moment ... I feel the movement of my awareness throughout my body as I realize the perfection I represent in the universe as one point in the universal dance of life ...

Life transcends all boundaries and all limitations. The universe is a living, breathing, evolving entity that includes all creation and I am one part of this wholeness. The creative Spirit that brings all this forward from the beginning is one with me now as it is one with everything else. I know this, I feel this, I am this in this moment and this moment is infinite and eternal ... There is no place or time that Spirit is not totally present in all its power and presence. This is the way of creation, this is the way of my life.

I know these thoughts, these words, these feelings I have right now are causative and creative factors in my evolution and the evolution of the universe for in truth we are one. My thoughts, words and actions contribute to the whole and are part of the whole. As I relax now and feel my place in the universal energy, feel my contribution to the universal rhythm, feel the inspiration that naturally flows through my body, through my being, I am encouraged, uplifted and freed from doubt and uncertainty about my place in the world. I am directly connected to the source of life and I bring that initial inspiration forward in all my activities. I move forward with the grace of the dancer bringing my unique gifts to those I am with, easily, naturally, fully.

I accept myself the way I am for I know now I am a divine child in the oneness of creation. I accept the role I choose to manifest in life as the gift it is and accept those I work with as the unique, individual gifts they are. I move forward now centered in the power, love, peace and grace of Spirit; I evolve naturally into that perfection I feel so strongly as the source of my being. I am relaxed and active and happy ... Life is Good!

Yes, this moment of revelation and inspiration is always available to me when I relax and become one with the rhythm of life. Thank you Spirit for flowing so brightly through my life in this moment. For Me to make clear decisions and choices and follow them through to their spiritual conclusion knowing beyond all doubt or reservation that I am on the path to the realization of my potential.

Yes, there is one Spirit, one Life, one Power creating all that exists ... I breathe into this truth and then let my breath go ... I consciously choose to let go of all but this single thought: Spirit is all that is ... I feel it ... I breathe it ... I think it ... I move through it ... I am it ...

And in the oneness of Life I know you are it, too. It can be no other way but inclusive of all that exists because all that exists is Spirit!! I hear it ... I see it ... I feel it ... I accept it ... I release it through these words into the allness of Life ... into the completeness of existence ... and accept myself as a unique expression of It!

In the oneness of Life and existence I invite you to join with me in affirming the fullness of this moment and our role in it:

I align myself with the unfoldment of creation as an evolutionary process ... I consciously and completely release my will to the Will of the intelligence that moves this evolutionary process forward ... I am a willing participant in the unfoldment of Life as it reaches for complete realization of its potential and I surrender to this process.

I know the healing power of Spirit is with the Patient ...

For You to relax into Spirit’s embrace and know the truth for the Patient and Family.

Stopping. Sitting. Breathing. Relaxing into that gentle flow of air in and out of my lungs. Feeling the earth holding me firmly, but gently to her body. Releasing thoughts as quickly as they come. Releasing everything external. Placing my awareness in my center. Following my breath into the very center of my being I feel connection with Spirit.

Spirit, God, the Thing Itself is all there is. The universe, all of existence, is Spirit. Spirit is the source and cause of all matter and activity here in our world. Spirit, the creative intelligence from which all originates and evolves is in us, of us, all around us; all is Spirit.

Relaxing into this truth, into communion with Spirit, within myself, I feel the strength of Spirit and know the connection is real and vital. As I know this for myself I know this for the Patient and all the Family, I feel it, I breathe it, I speak my word with it:

Beyond all doubt or fear, beyond all appearances to the contrary, I know the healing power of Spirit is right where the Patient is, right where each family member is, guiding, supporting, nurturing, healing, strengthening each in ways they need right now. Spirit empowers each and everyone to continue living and growing into their inborn potential. Spirit guides and supports and informs all health care workers with information and energy as they care for the Patient and Family. Compassion and love rests in the heart of all involved and this is evident whenever they gather in comfort and support. This is a difficult time, but love shows the way, love is the light that shines from each and every one holding all in its warm embrace.

I am relaxed now. Gratitude for this feeling of warmth and connection with Spirit and Family and the ability to relax and let go and let Spirit guide, sustain and nourish us all with the healing power of love fills my mind now. Relaxing into this moment, I watch my breath, I relax my shoulders, I straighten my neck and back, I feel my stature as I continuously breathe, fully, completely, easily, naturally...

In this moment I open myself to the presence of Spirit. Spirit, the source and creator of the universe, the source and creator of life, fills all existence with itself in countless forms. There is no spot, Spirit is not.

Accepting the truth of the omnipresence of Spirit, I know and accept my connection with Spirit. Here in this connection I find all the answers to my questions through my intuition. I fearlessly follow this intuition in my thought, word and deed in the world. As I know this is true for me, I affirm its truth for this child.

I now speak my word for my child, affirming with them in Mind that they are free to choose the life they wish to have unfold for them as they grow in this world. I affirm with my child that they set a clear course toward their goal and avoid all distractions on the way to that goal. The goal is clear and comes from deep within their soul as they follow the path to the realization of their greatest potential, the sharing of the greatest gift born within them to share with the world. I affirm there is a strong, positive community to support my child in all they choose to do. And that they move forward easily and naturally for the highest good of all and the harm of none. The support they find within is matched by the support that comes from without; I affirm their openness to hear, see, accept support from all sources and to follow the course they have chosen.

For all this I am very grateful, eternally grateful, and express this gratitude openly and easily to all involved for their support. We are truly one, and I celebrate this truth.

Immersed in Spirit, I release this word to universal law that always says yes to our deepest desires of health, abundance and service in the world and accept it as done and manifest now.

Law of Attraction -- Whole Family Relax into Life

I cherish life and hold it dear...

For You, Your Parent and the whole family to relax into life in this moment and every moment with peace, joy, and realization of the gifts we are to one another.

Here it is, a gray morning. Everything is peaceful outside covered in this wonderful gray blanket; green grass, yellow dandelions, wilted roses, ripe apples all equally at peace. I breathe evenly and gently and relax into the natural scene around me. I breathe naturally and easily and relax my body a little more with each breath ... I do this until I feel relaxed and at peace in this moment ... This moment contains all I need to be happy, to be at peace, to feel the joy of life moving through my body.

In truth there is one life, one creative power moving through all that exists. This creative power is the source of life, the source of me and you and all we see, think, smell, hear, know, imagine, feel ... its reach and power is endless and limitless. The source of life cherishes all creation equally and holds it dear.

So, I relax into this truth and accept my oneness with it and am safe. I accept my oneness with the creator of all existence and the power that is in me at this moment. I cherish life and hold it dear for myself and my family, each and every one.

Here, in this moment, in concert with the creative power, I know my words, thoughts and actions are causative and creative. I consciously affirm the perfection of this moment and every moment as being filled with life, joy, peace and so much more. I feel the love of the family for one another and the ability love brings to each of us to enjoy the fullness of this moment.

I feel the power and beauty of this moment and affirm the wholeness of my Loved One as they go through the process of healing Their body. I know the creator of life is with them now and is always bringing what they need and is holding them safe from fear and pain. Here in my heart I know all is right in the universe and I take this time to bring images of the perfection I affirm to mind, knowing by so doing I bring them into experience.

Thank you creator of life for being with us now. I feel, accept, know your power and presence moves us forward easily, gently completely through this time of healing. I am so grateful to be able to relax into your presence and be supported. I know I am never alone, that my family is never alone, that my Parent is never alone; for this I am grateful.

Now I release this word into the creator's process knowing that it is true and manifest now in this timeless moment. And so I let it be.

Law of Attraction -- Fearless and Full

Joy, Peace, Light, Beauty surrounds me ... fills me ...

For You to have true security by feeling, thinking, believing, knowing personal contact with the Creator within and be inspired to live your unique purpose fearless and full.

Sitting here in the silence I hear the space all around me buzzing with creative energy. All that exists flows out of this space easily and effortlessly into existence. The space and the silence is the beginning and the end for all that exists; all is One in this moment.

The Creator, the Intelligence that is before, through, after all that exists illumines this world through me, for me. I am one with this Intelligence as is all that exists; there is no possibility of separation from It. So I relax, breathe deeply and enjoy my self and the world around me.

With these thoughts in mind I speak my word affirming and claiming these Truths:

I am a powerful, expressive child of God.

I am guided from within by the Creator to live my unique purpose easily and naturally.

I intuitively know my purpose and confidently move straight ahead fulfilling my potential, one step at a time.

I am uniquely qualified for this purpose because it is mine and no one else's.

I surrender in this moment all attachment I have for anything except to follow the creative Intelligence within me. This is my calling, I hear my calling, I answer my calling right now!

Now I relax into the allness of this moment. I feel good ... I feel expansive ... I feel supported ... I feel energized ... I feel nurtured ... I pass these feelings on to those I live with, those I work with, those I pray with. I am one with the Law of Circulation; all I receive I pass on again and the energy grows logrithmically, supporting me and all around me with the Creator's abundance. Wow! I am excited ... I am enthusiastic ... I let go of my worries ... I embrace myself with Love and know I am one with the Creator.

Joy, Peace, Light, Beauty surrounds me ... spills over me ... runs through me ... I believe in my Self; I am awake and am One with the Infinite! Thank you Spirit of Life for carrying me in your heart ... thank you for opening my heart, my voice, my eyes, my mind! My gratitude flows unceasingly to you as your abundance flows unceasingly to me.

Humbly I pause and look around ... Everywhere I look I see You, divine Intelligence, Creator of the universe. Take these, my words, and cherish them as I cherish You ... I release these words to your care knowing, feeling, celebrating their creative force and just let them be. And so it is, now!

Law of Attraction -- Love and Abundance Return

I am an expression of divine oneness ...

For this Special Person to know the expression of their specialness in the world is a gift to everyone, especially those close around them. And to relax into the center so that love and abundance they are apparently missing returns to their experience in its true fullness.

As I sit here, contemplating the universe, I attune myself to the flow of oneness that is right here, right now, as me. My words express my thoughts through the gift of speech and I just know and feel the metaphor ... as the universe flows into existence from that creative point at the center, so do these words flow from my center into existence. My center, that place where I touch the universal center and touch each and every other individual center because this is the place we are one. The expression of oneness flows through me as that Intelligence that creates the universe. Just as words flow from me so does all creation flow from this Intelligence I call Spirit. As this is true for me it is equally true for everyone for we are One in the center of creation. So, let us affirm this truth together:

I am an expression of divine oneness as I live and breathe. As I move through my life I express my part in this oneness in unique ways that no other can. This is good. As I open more and more completely to this flow of oneness through me, I am rewarded by seeing and experiencing everyone else in my life being in their own unique flow. Here I have moved beyond all thought of fault or blame or judgment. Right now I experience only a constant, creative flow of unity as I more and more completely accept the flow of oneness that is Life right here and right now! In such a flowing world, where everything is changing, Life only gets better and better. I know this, I experience this, I accept this for myself and for all those around me.

Love is powerful, Love is pure, I am held in a bond of Love with those near me and I relax into this Love now. In opening my heart to Love I open my life to the consistent material support I need for myself and those around me. I express my faith humbly, act intelligently, and gratefully accept my share of the abundance I am immersed in.

I am so thankful for the expression of Spirit that I am and for the gift that allows me to see and feel and know this truth. I gracefully release these words to the Intelligence at the center of creation knowing their truth is manifest now and forevermore. And so I let it be; and so it is.

Law of Attraction -- Victim of War

I choose to follow the guidance of God each day...

Answer to a request from a young woman in Cote d'Ivorie, Africa, a victim of war totally displaced with nothing at this time.

Thank you for your prayer request. I take this request into prayer daily and offer you this for today:

Take a moment to relax, breathing naturally, watch your breath as it flows in and out of your lungs.

As you breathe, allow your attention to go to your heart, the center of God's compassion within your body.

With your attention on your heart, open yourself to feel God's compassion right there in your body.

Now relaxed and filled with God's compassion, you are one with God and God is one with you.

The creative power of the universe flows through you and whenever you choose to place your attention here, where you and God are one, this power is available for you to use to create the life you desire.

Affirm with me that I, (name), choose to work with God to preserve my life and the life of those around me. I choose to follow the guidance of God from within my self and to do this today and each day. I accept God's goodness and greatness into my life and into the lives of those around me knowing that we shall not want. The means to this end are given to me and I recognize them and follow them for the highest good of all and the harm of none.

For this guidance and connection I am so very grateful. I say thank you God for being with me now and always.

And I simply let this be so and so it is.
